She decided to get a better vantage point of the area. The tigress stopped growing herself when she was 90 feet tall and could see over all the buildings in the zoo. She told her mate and her cub that she would be back to grow them later after she had her fun first.
As she began to walk off there was a crunch beneath her paw. She looked down and saw she had crushed two humans. There were also a few other people scattered about who were frozen in fear at the sight of her. There was a rumble in her belly and they were making themselves easy targets. She licked the remains from her paw. When she started eating some of the people were able to break out of their paralysis and start to run.
Since they were all headed in opposite directions the tigress could not catch them all. She did manage to swallow a couple dozen though. It was a nice little snack. The sensation of eating live prey and having them struggling in her belly was an exhilarating experience for the tigress. The zoo keepers were nice enough, but they had never given her something alive before.
