"Okay that should do it."
Neela now wiped her brow, exhaling as she now looked down at Abolith. Despite her novice doctor skills she had saved the assassins life. The teenage prodigy now turned to Darren and Fukushu as she updated the elves condition.
"I was able to repair the superficial wounds," she said. "The bites, the bullet wounds, all of that was easy to stitch up. Thankfully the portable MRI showed no internal bleeding. A couple of hairline fractures to her ribs, collarbone, and hip but nothing some rest shouldn't fix."
"I thank you," Fukushu said softly. Neela nodded, blushing slightly. She felt overwhelmed when she began. She was a prodigy, true, but this was something that was almost beyond her ability. "Your welcome," she smiled. "I tried my best. Honestly I was a bit scared, which reminds me. Why come here?"
"I um trust you," Darren stammered. "When we escaped I told Akira to take us here. Your the best um medical person I know."
Neela shifted nervously, scuffing her barefoot against Stella's carpet. "Yeah at giving out ice packs and Tylenol," she mumbled. "But I'm still just a nurse. Abby would have been better off at a hospital."
"And how would we explain ourselves," Akira asked, gesturing to himself. "A teenage boy, an injured elf, and two kitsune? We don't exactly fit in." Neela and the others now looked at one another, shrugging in acceptance. They didn't want to admit it but Akira had a point.
"I just wish you hadn't come to my room," Stella said softly, tightening her robe.
"Or seen us in our jammies," Gail added, the auburn haired girl pulling her legs close to her chest.
"Least your pj's aren't covered in blood," Neela stated, gesturing to her blood soaked shirt and pajama pants. "I really liked these."
"Here let me fix that," Darren stated. Closing his eyes he began to concentrate, the ring he now wore on his finger glowing softly. Neela now gasped, her pj's glowing softly as Aboliths blood lifted from her clothing before vanishing into thin air. Looking herself over she was astounded to find them in the same condition they were in before everyone arrived. "Thanks," she smiled, before throwing a blanket over her shoulders. "But um still feel a bit weird with you seeing me in my pj's."
"I'm sorry," Darren smirked, it struck him as humorous that his teachers would behave like this. These four girls that were intelligent and mature beyond their years now finding themselves embarrassed to be seen in their pajamas. Despite their adult intelligence and education, they were still just teenage girls.
"So Darren," Pam asked, the girl trying to smooth out her shorts and pajama top. "What exactly happened?"
"I can answer that," Fukushu stated. All now turned to the kitsune as he narrowed his eyes.
"Abolith believed that their was a traitor in our mits. Someone that had told the Normal of Raidens celestial nature."
"Who are the Normal," Stella asked.
"Kind of a humans only paramilitary group," Darren shrugged. "They've um, been after us for awhile now." Darren's teachers now cast him a befuddled look, this sounded insane! Then again, so did magic, elves, and kitsunes up until recently.
"Regardless," Fukushu stated. "Abolith was wrong. Their is no traitor. Aboliths suspicious nature led to her attempt to gather information from their base. It did not go as planned."
"Told you she needed to work on her trust issues," Stella exclaimed. Fukushu and Akira now cast the raven haired teen a critical look, the teen shifting nervously under their gaze. "Sorry."
"Anyway when we found out we went to rescue her," Darren said. "We found her pretty beat up and well that's how we ended up here."
Darren's teachers now simply nodded, wondering exactly what the future would hold for them now.

The Boss now found himself in his conference room, surrounded by his lieutenants. Despite successfully repelling Abolith and the others Darren was able to escape. The Boss viewed it as a draw, and was certainly unhappy about it. "Casualties?"
"Minimal," Casseus stated. "The soldiers that were eliminated by Fukushu and the others were reanimated. No significant loss."
"Killed twice serving the Normal," the Biss sighed. "At least they died well."
"On the plus side we confirmed Tatsu is dead," Chonn Hee said happily, her nine tails swishing lazily behind her. "I mean you took out a god Boss thats got to count for something."
"One down three to go," the Boss sighed. "Two problems though. One trying to get back to the kitsune homeland is nearly impossible and two now Tatsu is a freaking ghost that kicked ALL of our asses!" The Boss now rubbed his eyes, taking a deep breath before looking at his lieutenants.
"I need a minute," he stated. "Clear the room." Nodding the lieutenants now got up to leave, only for the Boss to call. "Not you Evan! Need to talk."
Evan now turned back, giving the Boss a curious look as he sat across from the Boss. "What do you want to talk about?"
"These kitsune and the Catalyst are proving to be a bigger problem than I thought," the Boss grumbled. "I'm positive enough time I can handle the kitsune but this Catalyst. Well, he's something entirely different. We're going to need help."
"What do you have in mind Boss?"
Deslite his hood, Evan could sense the Boss now smiling widely as his red eyes now stared at Evan. "Your getting your wish Evan," he said. "I think its about time we defrost your Aunt Morgan."
