Shaman Insights

As Alpha of hir pack of werehyenas, Zuri has many responsibilities that take precedence over smaller things. That was why shi was so slow in responding back to Selena. That and Hermes needed to rest after his long flight. Clearly a more efficient means of communication was needed. Though like werewolves, werehyenas mainly lived off the grid, preferring the wilds to civilization. Not to say they were completely removed. Zuri made sure hir daughter knew how to operate in the modern world.

But Zuri was still interested in helping out this young pack. Shi was rather interested that they've found a way around therianthropy's usual inheritance and adding to their numbers at an exponential rate. Shi wanted to learn a little more about Stokerville before shi made official contact with this new pack.

Zuri went to Shaman Kweli's hut. By the smell of it, Kweli was cooking up something mystical. Zuri found Kweli in hir full shaman outfit, wearing thick strands of beads and hir headdress made from a bison. The markings on hir fur, which transitions of the mystical tattoos in hir human form, were glowing a soft white as shi worked over hir pot, muttering in an ancient African language. It was a little distracting that shi was fondling hir breasts in a rapid pace, switching from hir upper pair to hir lower pair almost in a way resembling bongos. But Kweli wasn't just doing this to get hirself up. When hir upper left nipple started dribbling milk, shi quickly snatched up a small cup and held it up to hir nipple. Shi coaxed hir breasts into giving up more milk until the cup was full. Once shi had a full cup of hyena milk, shi put it into the pot.

Zuri waited until Kweli had paused in her mystic work before asking, "What are you making this time?"

"Something to help Selena's shaman-to-be," said Kweli, "Shamanism isn't something that can be self-taught and young Taylor will need all the help she can get. This potion will allow me to have a spiritual bond with her and be able to instruct her from afar, until the spirits are ready to open up to her."

"How long will this bond last?" asked Zuri.

"Only one lunar cycle," said Kweli, "I won't be invading her privacy. The bond will be clearest when she's dreaming."

"Does that include daydreaming?" asked Zuri.

"Maybe when she's further along," said Kweli, "Is there something in particular you need, my alpha?"

"I wish to know more about this Stokerville," said Zuri, "If I am sending Kibibi there, I want to know what shi'll be getting into."

"I have been asking the spirits about that town," said Kweli, "It is a rather interesting town. There is already the werewolf pack that Selena was born into. There's also a hive of vampires, led by Carmilla no less."

"Carmilla? The lesbian vampire queen?" asked Zuri. Shi's heard a lot about Carmilla, though there was a lot that sounded exaggerated and fabricated.

"Carmilla is not nearly as evil as some stories would say she is," said Kweli, "She and her daughters never hunt to kill or force vampirism on the unwilling or unknowing. She also has ample feeding grounds to find more daughters. The spirits tell me that nearly every young woman in Stokerville is a lesbian or at least bi. The poor men must be left constantly blue-balled there."

Zuri raised an eyebrow and said, "Nearly every young woman? Are you sure?"

"I double-checked by reading the bones and the bones never lie," said Kweli, "They may joke about your weight, but they never lie."

Zuri wondered about this. So many lesbians in one area? That seemed very improbable. Shi wondered if Carmilla had something to do with it. Shi doubted that Carmilla would forcibly make all the women around her attracted to other women. But perhaps the vampire queen's long presence in Stokerville has had an effect on the generations of humans who have grown up there. "Well, I should think Selena would have no shortage of ladies wanting to join hir pack," shi said.

"I'm sure hir pack will be most fruitful," said Kweli.

"Anything else about Stokerville?" asked Zuri.

"We already know that Morgan is there, training two apprentices now. Oh, and a skulk of werefoxes have moved in," said Kweli.

Zuri gave a snort of annoyance. Werefoxes are the most unruly and undisciplined kind of werebeast. Not really dangerous, but they are infamous for their flighty capriciousness, inability to settle, and a disregard for those whose hearts they might have thoughtlessly broken. They're considered a nuisance to other werebeasts. Sometimes their migration isn't caused so much by their restless nature than by being chased out by packs who have a lower tolerance for their antics. "We probably ought to warn Selena if she doesn't already know," said Zuri.

"I'd be surprised if she didn't," said Kweli, "We should probably ought to warn Selena about Kibibi. Kibibi won't just submit to anyone who isn't born a werehyena. She would probably challenge Selena for leadership."

"Of course she would, she's my daughter," said Zuri. Kibibi had been getting restless, wanting to expand the pack's territory. Expanding territory could be a tricky business. Except for the nomadic werefoxes, most werebeasts are very territorial. Zuri could understand why Selena wouldn't want to reveal hir new self to hir werewolf family. But sending Kibibi to a new pack may do her some good, though Zuri wasn't encouraging her to overthrow the local alpha. "Is there anything else?"

"Actually, there is one other thing," said Kweli, "This potion is almost ready, but I need to add some of my juices. Perhaps you'd like to help me with that."

"If you don't mind sucking me off as well," said Zuri, hir dick already emerging from hir sheath.

"A reasonable offer as always, Alpha," said Kweli. Shi went to hir mat and spread hir legs apart, a small placed between them. Zuri knelt down over Kweli and inserted hir finger's into the shaman's snatch. Meanwhile, Kweli took hir alpha's cock into hir mouth and started sucking hir off. Zuri moaned a bit, but focused on harvesting Kweli's juices first. Hir saliva could potentially throw off the potion's magic. Once that was collected, shi could focus hir attention to pleasing Kweli. As soon as the potion was done, they could send Hermes back to Morgana to pass Zuri's message and Kweli's potion.
