Giving your now human-cat-pet the vial, he looks perturbed at the liquid inside.
“Do I REALLY need to drink this? I mean you were only joking about kicking me out if I don’t… right?” He says.
You give him the deadliest glare imaginable, “Of course…”
“REA—.”
“NOT! Drink the damn thing NOW!” You yell.
“Alright! alright! Don’t get your panties in a twist grandma…”
“EXCUSE ME!”
“Nothing… fine.” He says, opening the bottle, he made sure that he only got the tiniest drop of it on his tongue.
“There! Satisfied!” He huffs.
You sigh, what a stubborn and stupid human your cat became, you almost regret having to go that far, honestly, your still thinking about replacing him even after he drank it, but he made an “effort” so, you take what you can get…
After that, the changes started to happen, his human ears reverted back to its previous state and he grew his tail back.
“Huh, I guess it wasn’t that bad.” He says with a shrug.
“Then you won’t mind-.”
“No, absolutely not lady, you have overstepped your boundary with this act and-.” He began to rant but you started to scratch his chin.
“Aw, thank you baby for doing it for me.” You say in a sickly sweet voice, “I shall excuse your transgressions just this once because your my pet, but anymore than that than I shall spare no mercy in kicking your ass out in an instance for another more friendlier and accepting cat. DO. I. MAKE. MYSELF. CLEAR.”
He nods profusely, “YES MADAM!”
“Good, now your name is Tom.”
“Like the cat from that old cartoon?”
“Yep.” You say, “Maybe I should get a Jerry just for you. They’re pretty cheap at the pet store.”
“HELL NO!!!”
“Haha, I’m just teasing you.” You say, “Though you really do look like a Tom type of cat.”
He huffs, “Don’t bother me!” He says before slamming the door.
“Alright…” You say, you can say it was a successful negotiation in a twisted sort of way, now it’s time to decide what to do next.
