No sooner had those words left your lips, there's a tugging sensation in your coccyx. Looking behind you, you see a lump start growing.

Your ears twitch as the scales consume your lower jaw and cheeks. They stretch and curved into hornlike appendages near the top of your head. Your hair starts melting into your scalp to make way for your natural armor.
The changes crept up the bridge of your nose as your face pushed out into a gray scaly snout. Short but sharp teeth fill your expanding maw. The cartilage that made up your nose reforming into two openings at the end of your snout.
Your body was from head to toe that of a lizard creature with silver scales that reflect in the light of your room.
