Ben sat for a moment, before deciding to get himself registered, so that he won't get treated as a stray when he's on all fours.
He quickly adjusted things with the Chronivac to make it possible for him to register himself without an owner, before heading off.
It didn't take Ben long to arrive at the vet, despite going on foot.
His new body was strong enough and had sufficient endurance to run the entire way and barely break a sweat.
He confidently walked up to the receptionist and leaned against the counter, waiting for her to react to the giant, naked dog-man,
only to be disappointed, when she finished typing, looked up and treated him like any other customer.
Ben cleared his throat, feeling slightly embarrassed, and decided to pretend that never happened.
"I, uh, i'm here to register a dog." She leaned forward a bit to look at the floor before sitting back down.
"I'm sorry, but you'll need to have the dog with you for that."
Ben awkwardly shuffled on the spot for a moment, before pointing at himself. "Uh, i meant..."
That seemed to be enough for her to understand what he meant.
"Oh, of course! In that case you'll need to fill out these documents. Just cross out all the things that aren't needed and we'll get started."
Ben took the documents from her head and sat down in the waiting room.
They included a few pages of legal mumbo jumbo two pages of vaccinations and other common procedures.
He took a pen from a nearby table and started going over everything, crossing out the vaccinations he'd already gotten.
Ben considered crossing out all of them, but decided against it, thinking he'd rather be safe than sorry.
He quickly looked through the rest, before standing up and handing the documents back to the receptionist,
upon which she told him that he could directly head inside. He had only taking a few steps,
before realizing that he could have simply used the Chronivac to make himself immune against all those diseases.
'Too late for that now.' He shook his head and decided to just go through with it.
Ben already stood infront of the vet's office, but got on all fours before pushing the door open, to avoid any further conversations.
Talking to other people was far to awkward for him in his current situation
"Ah, there's the patient. Let's get you on the table." Ben followed the older man's instructions and quickly jumped onto the table.
The man seemed slightly surprised for a moment, before smiling. "Seems like we'll be able to get through this quicker than expected."
He walked up beside Ben and gently stroked his back, while picking up a syringe,
that he injected Ben with in one quick and accurate movement.
"Theeere we go. It'll be over and done with by the time you wake up."
