Day 05:
Jared's still reading those books. He's spent most of today poring over them, even after I told him we needed to get back to work. I think he might have gotten stuck on a word or two from time to time, but I didn't want to bother him. I mean, I know he'll eventually finish whatever it is he's doing. I'm just glad he's not completely ignoring us.
It's funny. Ever since we came to this world, I feel like I'm a different person. I'm spending more time outside, doing a whole bunch of things like chopping firewood (I found a firewood axe near on the side of the building that was in great condition) and gathering supplies. Even mom's been helping out like that when she's not off traversing this damned forest. She seems to really be taking a liking to the whole "survival" thing. She's got a newfound confidence that's cool to see. She even pointed out that there seems to be some animals that might be safe to eat if we could catch them. While I'm not keen on the butchering aspect of it, it would be nice to eat something that isn't growing on trees or bushes.
Something else I've noticed is that I'm, well... I'm hornier than I've ever been. Earlier today, I took a break collecting some wood and while I was resting, I thought about my girlfriend, Marie. So I decided to rub one out, thinking about her sucking my dick and all that. And it felt GOOD, like better than usual. I was sweating and panting. So I went to put myself away, and I noticed that I was still hard. But I knew I didn't have the energy for another go, so I just stuffed myself back in my pants and continued getting some firewood. But the entire time, my dick just kept getting erect at the most random times. It would always settle down, but a little later be back at full mast. I wonder what's going on? I hope it's not some kind of side effect from whatever brought us here.
Day 08:
Mom's gone again. I swear, she's just off exploring the forest like she's a goddamn adventurer or something. But she showed results of her efforts yesterday by fashioning herself a bow and a set of arrows. Apparently, Grandpa Jon was an outdoorsman before his heart became an issue and used to take her hunting and camping all the time. Sure as hell surprised me with that, considering mom was always overprotective of me and my sister when we were growing up. But when she came back with something that looked like a rabbit that could easily feed all three of us, I shut my trap and let her show me how to skin and butcher it. Still a little nauseous thinking about it, but I understand that you have to do what you can to survive out here.
Which brings me to Jared and the books.
He told me that he's starting to make some headway on one of the books. He's not sure of it yet, but from what he can understand, it seems to be a book dedicated to teaching the reader something (he's not sure what it's teaching, though). But in payment for taking on the majority of the responsibilities, he said he'd be willing to cook for us tonight. Which is nice, as he was always a pretty good cook. Anything that can get his nose out of those books and help out around here.
As for me, I'm feeling pretty great, all things considered. I'm moving about more, chopping wood's been keeping me focused. Only downside is this need for sexual relief. They come in strong and at the most random times. Mom and I were talking outside by the fire pit, and the next thing I knew, I could feel my dick getting hard. I had to fight the urge to make an excuse so I could run off and masturbate, playing it cool hoping mom didn't notice (which she thankfully didn't).
