Yomiel sat in the living room of her Byron Heights home, reading. The angel was particularly intrigued by the human genre of fantasy, which gave her a chance to see the world of the supernatural through mortal eyes. George R. R. Martin had proven a little too... graphic for her tastes (and too slow a writer for even an immortal), but Tolkien had turned out to be right up her alley. As she perused The Silmarillion and Unfinished Tales, it occurred to Yomiel that although Gandalf physically resembled a wizard and was usually called one by his friends, he was in fact far closer to what Yomiel herself was: an undercover angel.
There was a knock on the door. Well, time to go back undercover. Sure, it was probably just Yomiel's roommate Mandy, but a guardian angel couldn't be too careful. She willed her feathery white wings to sink into her back, her shimmering halo to fade away, the golden glow she was bathed in to go out, and her radiant robes to transform into an ordinary pair of jeans, a T-shirt, and tennis shoes. Now she was just an ordinary blonde girl as far as anyone could tell. Sure, her golden irises were a bit of a giveaway, but angels were forbidden from transforming their eyes. Something about the window to the soul.
Yomiel opened the front door to discover that it was indeed Mandy. The human brunette dropped onto one knee and held out a small box, a joyous smile on her face. "Yomiel, will you marry me?" She opened the box to reveal a silver ring.
Yomiel nearly fell over, wishing she still had her wings to steady her. "Whoa, did you say what I think you just said, Mandy?!"
"I sure did!" Mandy replied, still smiling. "I love you with all my heart, and I want to become your wife forever and ever."
"But..." Yomiel said, confused, "I thought you were... straight."
"That never stopped me from loving you," said Mandy. "Of course, it forced that love to remain infuriatingly platonic. I didn't want it to be, though. So I went to talk to those vampires in Stokerville that you mentioned..."
"So THAT'S why you were so interested in vampires who can turn women into lesbians," said Yomiel. "And you said it was for a novel you wanted to write!"
"Because if I'd said it was for me, you'd ask me for months on end if I was really sure I wanted to do this," sighed Mandy. "Well, I am. I've always loved you and now I'm IN love WITH you! Just like you're in love with me."
Yomiel blushed. "So you figured that out, did you?"
"Angels aren't good liars," Mandy laughed. "I've seen those longing stares followed by wistful sighs. I've noticed the way you hold my hand and squeeze it when we walk our dog. I catch every time you blush while complimenting me. Heck, I even found that love poem you wrote about me and hid under the couch cushion. Screw vampires; ANGELS are the real romantics of the supernatural world!"
"Love's a hard emotion for an angel to keep bottled up," Yomiel shrugged. "Well, unless you're Kushiel. I'm not sure he even knows what love feels like. His friends Hutriel, Lahatiel, Makatiel, Puriel, Rogziel and Shoftiel aren't much better. But most of us would rather love than hate."
Mandy laughed. "That's a very lovely sentiment, but WILL you marry me?"
Yomiel responded by pulling Mandy into the house, shutting the door, resuming her angelic splendor, and embracing Mandy with her enveloping wings. "YES!!! Yes, of course I'll marry you if you want me to! Nothing could make me happier!"
"And Heaven's okay with that?" asked Mandy.
"As long as we don't have biological children," answered Yomiel. "Nephilim are less hardwired to be good than we are, and they can cause serious trouble for mortals when they go rogue."
"That should be an easy rule for a lesbian couple!" Mandy giggled.
"Yes," Yomiel nodded. "It should. There's magical means for two women to conceive with each other, but we simply won't use them."
"Shall we celebrate?" Mandy winked. "It should be proper now that we're engaged."
"M-my first t-time?" Yomiel stammered. "Uh, s-sure!" As nervous as she was, Yomiel had secretly desired this moment for a long time. She had thought it a temptation, as Mandy had been beyond her reach as a straight girl, but now Mandy was her fiancée. Time to experience some bliss!
Mandy stripped when the two of them reached Yomiel's bed. Once fully naked, she began helping Yomiel out of her Heavenly raiments. The sight of Yomiel's nude body was breathtaking; it was all Mandy could do to not throw herself onto her new fiancée then and there. Yomiel positioned herself on the bed and gestured to Mandy.
Mandy began by passionately kissing Yomiel, lovingly licking the angel's lips before entwining tongues. Mandy then slid down to Yomiel's exquisite bosom. She took one of the nipples into her mouth and began sucking on it gently as she gently massaged the other nipple with her free hand.
"Oh, sweetheart," Yomiel moaned rapturously, "I need you... lower. Honor my... inner sanctum."
Yomiel guided Mandy's head between her legs. Mandy smiled; the angel's pussy emitted the same soft golden light as the rest of her. Mandy began by kissing Yomiel's soft inner thighs and then got to business licking her hairless pubic mound. Mandy moved her head down further until she was sucking on the lips of Yomiel's labia. The human pushed her tongue inside of her celestial lover and felt her shudder as the angel enjoyed her tongue.
Mandy then withdrew her tongue from Yomiel's vagina and used it to gently rub her clitoris. Yomiel gasped sharply as Mandy continued to suck and lick her hard little clit.
"Goodness, Mandy!" Yomiel gasped. "This is... amazing! I'm on... Cloud Nine!"
Mandy continued to worship Yomiel's clit until she felt the angel's body begin to shake with ecstasy and her wings reflexively stiffened. The gentle glow that Yomiel's body emitted turned blindingly bright, threatening to dazzle Mandy as she licked and kissed. Mandy peppered Yomiel's inner thighs with more kisses as she climaxed until her lover went limp. The blinding light died back down into a gentle shimmer.
Yomiel smiled, savoring her first orgasm. "W-wow! So, that was sex, huh? I've imagined it for centuries, but I never could have guessed it could be so... beautiful!"
"So you're saying you'd do it again?" Mandy teased.
"For eternity!" Yomiel said enthusiastically. "But only with you, sweetie. You're my soulmate now and forever, Mandy Cooper."
"Thanks," Mandy smiled. "And you're mine, Yomiel."
"Careful!" Yomiel teased playfully. "That's Angie Ward in public."
"Oh, I know," Mandy laughed as she caressed Yomiel's breast. "But we are SOOO not in public right now!"
