"Please" said one woodcutter "I have a family."
"They will be welcome to join you after you drink the potion." said Sylvana, not unkindly.
"What will it do?" asked another woodcutter.
"One way to find out." said Umbra "But I guarantee you won't regret it, and anyway its got to be better than being eaten by a wolf." As if on cue came a distant wolf howl. "But, if that's what you'd prefer. . ." She began to showily put the potions away. The woodcutters gave one last tug on the unyielding vines.
"I'll take one." said the youngest woodcutter. Umbra handed him a vial that he greedily drank. The muscle he had built through years of axe-work melted away as his body reshaped to that of a graceful wood nymph. She slipped out of the vines with ease. "Wow, this is the greatest! You guys gotta try this!" she said to her former companions, looking at her with a mixture of horror, curiosity and desire.
