She was a bit panicked when she walked into school, but relaxed when she saw that no one else was like her mother. She would just try to go about her day as normal, trying her best not to bring up the wereslob thing with anyone. She did her normal routine with her cheerleader friends, but always checked around for some extremely slobbish behavior from any of the females nearby. By the afternoon, her hunger had started up again, but unlike last time she was less willing to control it, so she dived into a couple of extra snacks at the vending machines and a little extra lunch. Stacey, one of Jen’s absolute best friends noticed her odd behavior and questioned her on it.
“Hey Jen, your eating quite a bit there, is everything ok?”
She stopped and took a look at her surroundings, she was quite literally stuffing her face with food, and it made her stop and try to make an excuse.
“Oh yeah, I’m fine, I just didn’t have breakfast, y’know? No need to be concerned, honest.” She pushed her tray away from her, though her stomach was demanding more food.
“Well, I just wanted to be sure. Can’t ruin our figures for our dates tomorrow, right?”
That’s right! She forgot her boyfriend asked her out on a special group date, she couldn’t afford to have a wereslob interrupt that!
