Screw this! You don't want any part of this surreal clash. You want to go back to sleep, but since that isn't happening, you want to get out of here. The way to the door is kind of blocked, so instead you roll off the other side of your bed and book it for the window.
Behind you the angel staggers back, clutching at his (you think) chest and screaming out something. You don't really care. You open the latch, throw the window open, and jump out. Fortunately you live on the first floor of your condo, so while the fall rattles you a bit, you land on your feet and don't break anything.
The sounds of battle continue; despite landing her strike the succubus doesn't seem to have ended the fight. But they are strangely muffled despite the open window above you. This, together with the sudden chill of the night air and the darkness outside of the street lights, is why you don't notice the figure leaning against the corner of your house and the yard wall. Until she speaks.
"Hey kid." You jump and spin to see a tall figure. Even half-hidden in the shadows she's so colourful she almost glows like a neon sign. She's got long, hot pink hair; and bright yellow-green eyes surrounded by trinagles of midnight blue suggestive of four-pointed stars -- face paint, you presume, matched by the gloss on her full lips. Her skin is so pale that you might think it was also face paint if you couldn't follow it all the way down.
"Pretty rude of them, ain't it? Why not come hang with me, instead? I'll show you a good time."
She's wearing a long, sleeveless red coat, but it hangs open, allowing large, round expanses of smooth pale skin to shine through the gaps of midnight blue straps and frilly lingerie. She's wearing red high-heeled boots and long leather gloves to complete her look. A long, narrow cigar hangs between the fingers of her left hand. Her right is resting on the curve of her hip.
"Wh-what the -- who?" you splutter. "Another succubus?" She's certainly got the endowments, being perhaps even bustier than the demoness who awakened you; though she looks human except for her strange eye and skin colour. Or -- are her ears pointed? And her teeth? And her nails, for that matter?
"Me? A succubus?" She laughs, then puts the cigar to her lips and takes a long drag. At least, you think it's a cigar, but now you see it's got red and pink stripes like a candy cane, and the smoke she blows at you is definitely not tobacco smoke. You cough reflexively and wave it away; but actually the smoke is sweet, sending tingles of pleasure through your nose and tongue to sink into your brain.
"Call me Pylfe. I'm from the Land of Dreams. And I think I can make your dreams come true." She traces in the air with her cigar as she smirks seductively, framing her face in a heart of pink smoke. "So whaddaya say we ditch the family feud, kid, and go have some fun?"
"First of all, I'm not a kid," you protest.
"You look like a kid, running around in your pajamas."
"It's the middle of the night!"
"Yeah yeah." She takes another pull on her candy cigar, though this time she blows the smoke in a long stream off to the side. "So you wanna freeze out here in your PJs, or what?"
You put your hand on your forehead. What the hell is going on here? You can still hear the vaguely muffled cursing and screaming from your room. Maybe an explosion. Now you're facing down a clown hooker in your condo's back yard. And you feel slightly buzzed; maybe from the smoke? This is so surreal -- maybe you're still dreaming.
