Considering how difficult it was for her to move fast quietly, Rish opted for the tried and true method of distracting them so she could escape. Grabbing her bamboo sword, she struck the base of a shelf and started to make a dash away from the store as a shelf collapsed, alerting the creatures and giving her room to escape. She managed to grab some batteries, some microwave ramen, a few cans of soup, and another bag to hold her items. She safely avoided confrontation this time.
With her trip to the city complete, Rish finally felt comfortable going to a nearby water source to get clean for a change. She secured her items in a tree and stripped out of her gear. Grabbing some soap, she stepped behind a waterfall and began to bathe, shivering a bit not being used to the colder water. She admitted to herself that it was nice to be clean, so she lingered under the water for a bit. She took out a knife and began shaving, using the water to keep herself from cutting her skin, especially around her fupa. Just as she was finished, she felt uneasy, as if some pervert was watching her bathe. She may have been vulnerable, but she was armed, so she took her knife in hand and searched for her stalker. She didn’t care that she was soaking wet or naked, the mutant creatures preferred her that way and any survivors would have been happy to see a normal human not affected by mutagens.
