Danny strolled through his section, crinkling. After a month in diapers and training pants, however, he didn’t even notice the sound. He came across a woman who seemed lost.
“Can I help you?” he asked. The woman gasped.
“No way. Dan?” she said. Belatedly, Danny recognized the woman as his ex-girlfriend, Elle.
“Elle,” Danny said politely.
“I heard that you got put back in diapers, but I wanted to confirm it for myself.”
“I’m only in diapers because they’re what fits me,” Danny said firmly. Elle snickered. “I’m still fully potty trained.”
“You’re a big boy, then,” Elle teased. Danny felt himself turning red. There was no way this interaction would go well. They’d broken up because Elle caught him cheating on her. He had a feeling she was here to take her revenge. All he could do was hope that she was merciful.
“Who told you what happened to me?” Danny asked, trying to distract Elle from whatever her plan was.
“Your parents are still friends with mine. They told my parents what happened to their baby boy, and my parents were so amused that they couldn’t help but tell me.” Elle took her phone out and scanned Danny’s badge. “Aw, you go by Danny now?”
“Not by choice.”
“I think it suits you. So does the title of ‘Junior Product Demonstrator’.” Elle tapped a few things on her phone. “And funnily enough, that diaper suits you, too. You’ll be getting big enough soon to move onto big boy pants, but I don’t think you should. Not when you look so cute diapered.”
“Elle, what are you-” Danny started. Without warning, he peed. Immediately after, a hot, sticky mess filled the back of his diaper. “What did you do?”
“Say goodbye to being a big boy, Danny.” Elle ruffled Danny’s hair. “You’ve got the potty training of a newborn instead of an adult now. And I’m not going to change it back before I leave. Get used to those diapers that look so cute on you.”
With that, Elle strode away. Danny stood in the aisle in a full diaper, shocked at what had happened to him. Unable to stop himself, he began to cry. The only thing he’d been able to hold onto, his potty training, was now gone. Footsteps sounded.
“Danny?” Danny looked up. It was his boss, Kristof. “Smells like you had a big accident, little buddy. Need a change?” Danny nodded, sniffling. “What happened?”
