Ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ：E-272 appears as a chain of several different themed maidcafes with an overarching 'Anime' theme. Each branch of the E-272 chain has a different maid theme, from normal human maids to catgirl maids or doggirl maids, with each cafe's staff being composed of the relevant species maids.
Ｋｎｏｗｎ Ａｂｉｌｉｔｉｅｓ：E-272 is composed of numerous differently-themed maidcafe's owned by one Tengen Samura (a simple non-anomalous well-off civilian) that originates from Japan and has spread to numerous major cities around the world. Each cafe caters to its clientele with a respectable assortment of dishes, confections and baked-goods, though their primary source of revenue and clients come from the beautiful, attractive and well-endowed young women that work as the cafe's maids, as well as the attitude and seemingly real cat-ears, fox-ears, etc. of the animal-girl themed maid cafes.

All E-272 maid cafe's are not directly anomalous, with each cafe only having its transformed staff, a light perspective-altering aura and a seemingly unending supply of goods as their attributes. E-272's transformative properties only trigger when a employee enters the back of a cafe, or formalizes their employment at one of the E-272 cafe's. Of most note, is the staffs first transformation, where upon a verbal cue by the interviewing manager of the cafe causes their body to rapidly begin to change into that of a young woman (exact race and height can vary depending on the given E-272 cafe's theme) with F- to J-cup breasts (average breast size of H-cup)and a personality and demeanor matching the theme of their location of employment, after which their neglected clothing will morph into a perfectly fitting maid outfit (or cheongsam or shrine-maiden outfit depending on the cafe's style) that matches the cafe's given theme, if the cafe's theme is that of different species like catgirls then this is when they will gain the traits associated with said theme.
Its normal for first-time transformee's to freak out at their sudden transformation, and especially at their sudden change in mentality, which will then be calmed by the (commonly-described) maternal manager who for all intents and purposes triggered their change, when finally calmed the new E-272 staffmember will, with help from the manager, pick a new name for the work persona (the final names complexity/simplicity is both themed by and depends on the given theme of the cafe) and after a bit of practice and warmup be immediately set to work in the cafe. The new staffmember will quickly find their pace, and begin serving the cafe's clientele like they'd worked at the maid-cafe for far longer than in actuality, and when their shift ends they'll return to the backrooms and be transformed back with everything restored before going home, feeling satisfied.
E-272's other notable anomalous effect appears like a field around E-272 establishments that essentially covers up the anomalous effects of E-272 while also keeping the peace. The fields most notable effect is that it makes the staff of each E-272 cafe appear 'normal' to observers (it also affects cameras and recording devices) like for example, making them believe the ears and tail of a catgirl maid appear as a really-well-made headband and robotic cat-tail connected to their waist, or that the E-272 maid cafe's are just 'really popular' to the pretty ladies, and that their massive bust is largely fake yet made to seem incredibly real. It is of note that should a person be aware of the effects of E-272's field, they are able to circumvent the perception filter and fully grasp the sight presented by E-272 staff, though it should be noted that E-272 will not allow them to speak of its anomalous attributes to a non-entity that doesn't already know of said qualities, in which case any conversation they have will not be heard by other clients, the staff or any recording devices. The second function of the anomalous field appears to be to keep troublemakers or rowdy clients unable to make a scene or annoy/obstruct the staff, as well as making the staff oblivious to the stares and ogling by the vast majority of their clients and any 'inappropriate'/vaguely rude comments that it doesn't prevent.
Should a staff member of E-272 wish it, and speak to the cafe's manager about it, they can lengthen the time of which they are transformed to past their shift, letting them walk outside the cafe as normal human females (if they worked at a non-human themed cafe they'll basically just be made human before leaving, though they will still have their quirks and personality from when they work) temporarily, notably while still under the effects of a miniature E-272 normalization field so their abnormally curvacious bodies don't gartner any unwanted attention, nor will anyone with ill-intent engage with them. Though it should be noted that when a staff of E-272 wishes to leave with their transformed body, that this is almost universally (the only known non-date extension of E-272 transformation comes from G.E.T. agents delivering transformed bodies for mundane testing) only because they desired to date with a client they found charming, with the largest majority of cases recently coming the newly opened E-272 pubs and bars (particularly the casino-bar in LA).
Should a E-272 staffmember wish to become their work-persona permanently due to finding a date they find particularly pleasing (the E-272 field particularly ensures that dates are honest with the E-272 staff, and that the staff does not gain particular interest if the potential relationship would be too shaky), they must come to the cafe manager in their untransformed body, and sign a series of waivers both legal and odd before they must audibly declare quote "I (their name) declare my resignation from the world, and welcome (the name of their work-persona) into my stead. And so do I bid farewell to this life of mine," end quote, following this declaration, they transform into their human female work-persona without their work outfit (and species, if applicable) with tears in their eyes, they are then given the day off by their manager. After this, the former untransformed individual ceases to exist, in their place appears the persons work-persona, who will then go on to marry the one who caused them to forsake their previous life.
Ｃｏｎｔａｉｎｍｅｎｔ：Due to the largely self-contained and limited nature of E-272's anomalous attributes, containment efforts are to limit the growth of E-272's many branches, and to subtly encourage its owner Tengen Samura to look into expanding his business field away from E-272's further growth. Otherwise, E-272 is to be left mostly alone, and be allowed to expand in a controlled manner (A slow, gradual expansion is most acceptable), the utilization of E-272 establishments in the shadow-governments (and mostly by extension G.E.T.'s) information networks has been deemed acceptable. And no, utilization of E-272 in site cafeterias has already been denied.
[Ｕｐｄａｔｅ／] As of 15:36 02/██/20██, E-272's bunnygirl branch has been expanded by Tengen Samura into several strings of bars in the US and pubs in the UK, as well as the bar of a high-rise casino in Las Vegas. (see Administrative Log 272-1 for updated details) [／Ｅｎｄ]
Ｏｔｈｅｒ：Investigation into E-272's owner Tengen Samura has yielded no evidence of involvement in the creation of E-272, and in fact appears to be largely unknowing of E-272's anomalous properties. With further interviews, inquires, investigations and interrogations gathering that Tengen was an ambitious businessman that found and bought a string of different themed maid cafes as a starting point for his career several years ago. This string was owned by someone Tengen describes as an eccentric old woman in a gothic dress who looked like she'd been incredibly attractive in her prime. When asked for more concrete info like the previous owners name Tengen iterated that he 'doesn't think he even asked' and that '[they] seemed to control the conversation, like she didn't care her franchise was being legally taken from her'. No concrete answer as to who the old woman was has been gained, even through the application of E-1405 to play back their meeting (the only thing gleaned from this is that the woman seemed unnaturally in control of their meeting, as well as unusually undefined in the lens of Tengens memory to the point the plainly normal room was more defined than her voice), though it has been conceeded that the old woman is most likely the maker of E-272 and in posession of anomalous qualities. Furthermore, this mystery woman has yet to be identified to any satisfactory degree, should she be positively identified in the future she is to be immediately brought in for questioning.
