A new morning came and he was woken up by Helen. She put a leash on him and made him come with her. “I will be busy today Princess so I rescheduled your walk. Take your time doing your business. I don’t want any of your poop in my backyard later on” David was taken back. Due to the stress of the last two days he never had to poop. But now putting his mind into it he could feel he was feeling full and ready to go whenever she made a break.
As his misfortune would have it, she never left him alone for any minute. Forcing him to take his dump near her. All while being in clear view of every passerby. He felt ashamed but had to remind himself he is a dog and no one would bad an eye if they looked into his direction. Feeling surprisingly better after releasing himself, he motion to Helen to continue. Helen stopped few times near bushes and grass areas just to make sure Princess was all done. At one of their stops she got into a conversation with another dog owner.
His husky was walking around Princess, sniffing her behind and inspecting her with great curiosity.
“Fuck off dude. It’s not gonna happen again. I always liked dogs but this entire chain of events is slowly making me despise you guys.” while watching carefully every step of the other dog.
Helen saved him from his awkward situation when she said her goodbyes to the stranger and moved back towards her house. Back at their house David was left to his own devices.
A dogs life was more boring than he had ever imagined. He tried turning on the TV a few times but could not successfully press any buttons on the remote. Looking around he saw a few magazines on the living room table. This was a bit more successful but he still had a hard time flipping the pages. While doing that an idea formed inside his mind. What if he could somehow communicate by pointing at letters? He just needed them to be big enough to leave no room for any confusion or misunderstandings. Looking around the house he tried to find anything that could be used for his plan but so far nothing looked to be useful.
A while later the front door bell was ringing and Helen went to open it. It was another woman, from the sound of it she sounded concerned. David could hear their conversation from afar. It took him a moment to realize that the woman's voice belonged to…
