“…for you to become a mythological cerberus.” Nick says. Still doubting the power of this “wish machine”.
“That is kinda specific Nick.” You say.
“So what, it won’t grant my wish, cause it fake.” He says.
“Wish granted.” The monotone voice of the wish machine says.
Waiting a few seconds, nothing seems to happen which elicit a scoff from Nick, “See, nothing happened, fake, waste of a quarter.”
“That’s not the point Nick.” You say as you start to feel aggravated towards his stupid carelessness of a wish, “For all we know, the wish has started to happen, and I might become a cerberus!” Raising your voice.
“Are you listening to yourself?!” Nick fires back, “Don’t tell me you still believe in all this nonsense. Magic doesn’t exist.”
“SHUT UP!” You yell, startling Nick as he flinched back.
“Geez dude, calm down, someone might call the cops.”
“I…am…calm…” You snarl, you couldn’t help but feel enraged all of a sudden at Nick’s foolishness to asses the situation.
Looking at Nick, you see that his face is filled with shock as he fixated on something on your face, “What…is…it.” You growl at him.
“Is it just me or is your nose getting darker.” He says.
Your rage falters a bit as it gives away to confusion. That is when your notice by the side of the wish machine, a mirror. Seeing your reflection, your nose is indeed getting darker, touching the dark surface of your nose you feel it’s wet to the touch, feeling almost…like…a…dog….nose….
“WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME!” You roar. The inner rage exploding out of you.
“I- Uh….” Nick says backing up, keeping his distance from you as you march towards him. Rage filled you eyes which started to change as your sclera glowed and your irises disappeared, giving you red glowing eyes.
“Calm down. Maybe… Maybe… Ahh! Nick says as he slips and falls onto his butt, facing you.
You growl. As you are about to grab him, your hand suddenly seizes up. Giving enough time for Nick to run away again. “Grrr…” As you try to go after him again a sudden shift makes you fall onto your knees.
Looking back you see that your legs has changed, although it’s covered by the fabric, you see the shape of your legs were like a dogs as well only bigger. You also could feel that your legs has grown fur as it started to feel hot, taking off your pants you see that your assumption was correct as what was supposed to be your legs were large dog legs with dark, almost crimson fur. Looking back at your hands, they started to change as well, your arms being covered in the same type of fur as your legs, your hand, elongating before becoming the same large paws as your legs. It seems that your body is locked in a quadrupedal stance. You could feel your new dog-like tail growing behind you as it gives a few wags. You knew what was going to happen next so you prepared to take off your shirt. It was difficult but you manage to free yourself from it as you began to watch your body change, your back cracks as it elongates, your chest barreling out as it grows to become a dogs body. Covered in the dark crimson fur. The transformation was almost at its end as it does its finishing touches. You could feel two bumps growing on the sides of your neck, soon the two bumps fully form into the dog like heads of cereberus.
“Hunt.” You heard, the voices booms into your head, they were your voices, was the dog heads talking to you.
“Intruder, Traitor, Did this to us.” They echoed into your head, you couldn’t help but agree. Soon your face started to elongate as it matches up to the two dog heads beside you.
“Hunt. Intruder.” You all echoed in mind, “Hunt. Nick.” You howled together as you grew bigger until you were about 9ft.
Close by, Nick saw you fully transform. “No…no…nononono…” He repeated in his mind. “What should I do….what should I do…”
