Lyle tilted his head in confusion as he saw the wrapped item on his bed. Shutting the door behind him, he set his bag down and walked over to the bed. Lyle reached down and picked up the item and saw it was wrapped. "What the heck is this," he asked with a raised brow. Turning it over in his hands he examined the strange shape of the item underneath the wrapping paper. The shape looked familiar to him, but he couldn't place what it was. As Lyle turned it over, he saw the tag that was blending into the paper and read, "Happy Early Birthday Lyle, From Jeff."
Snorting, 'I forgot he was planning on leaving for Asia soon. I wonder what Jeffy could have gotten me.' He made quick work of the wrapping paper, which allowed for Jeff to be in the light again.
As he stared up at his younger brother, he took in the befuddled expression with a bit of smugness. 'I bet he wasn't expecting to get such a good present from me after all, even if it is only for a short period of time.'
"I can't believe Jeffy got me an athletic cup," Lyle said making Jeff's heart stop. 'What?! That can't be right, he must be talking about something else!' Though he saw and felt as Lyle began poling at his solid form, examining his gift.
"Hmm, I wonder how he knew I needed a new one."
Jeff was beyond panicking now, 'Oh Hell No! I don't want to be an athletic cup! Of all the gifts why did I end up this, it isn't like there isn't anything else he might want. The damn Chronivac must have used what Lyle was thinking for things he might need.' And as a result the Chronivac had turned Jeff into a athletic cup for his younger brother.
