Jeff leans down and rummages through his back pack until he finds his phone, he hides it under his desk and pushes a button on the side to wake it up out of sleep mode. The teen then opens the App and scans the class room, it takes a while for the App to scan all the students, eight boys and eight girls, the teacher, the two Zoo employees and the Python. It takes almost half an hour until everyone’s file is uploaded into the App.
Jeff is still deciding on who or what he should use the App, that he doesn't notice the teacher, Mr. Huff, approach his desk until it is to late.
“Mr. Davis,” Mr. Huff says, causing Jeff to jump in surprise, “I assume the class is boring to you?” Mr. Huff is a big 6 feet tall guy, he also looks pretty intimidating since he goes to the Gym and works out regularly. He has gray, almost white, hair, ice-blue eyes and a light brown skin tone. His voice is deep and gruff and he always wears a mean, or at least an angry expression on his face, all in all, Mr. Huff is one scary bad-ass dude.
“Um...,” is all Jeff can say, still taken aback by his teacher's silent approach, 'his surname really fits him. He always manages to creep up on me, just like a Wolf creeping up on it's prey,' he thinks to himself.
Mr. Huff holds out his hand, “hand me your phone,” he says sternly.
“I... I am not using my phone,” Jeff says.
Mr. Huff snorts, “oh really,” he says, “then I guess the gleam is coming from your “boy parts”? You think I'm stupid, hm?”
Jeff gulps, turning red when the other students start to giggle, “n-no, sir,” he mumbles.
“Good,” Mr. Huff says, “now. Hand. Me. The. Phone,” he then says with a growl in his voice.
Jeff lets out a sigh, “f-fine,” he says and hands his phone over, forgetting that the App is still open.
“Thank you,” the teacher says as he takes the phone, “you may get it back after school from the principle,” with that Mr. Huff turns and walks back to the front of the class and puts Jeff's phone in one of the drawers of his desk. He the turns back to the class, “now that we have settled that matter,” he says, “I'd appreciate no more interruptions.”
'Shit,' Jeff thinks to himself, 'I shouldn't have had the screen on so bright. Now I have to wait until after school to get my phone back.' Jeff's scowls, then his eyes suddenly widen, 'SHIT, I forgot to close the App,' he thinks to himself, 'what if Mr. Huff or the principle decide to “check” my phone? I got to get it back... I hope Mr. Huff will let me talk to him.'
