The first meeting with the Water Buffalo Animalians went fairly well for Yauvani, and she couldn't believe her luck to run into all of them. Though a part of her supposed the fact that Gongniu worked at the restaurant, and that it was owned by the same Human owner that had owned it in China made sense for him to be there. She remembered some stories on the restaurant moving because of organized crime activity, which surprised her given China's reputation, but then it probably wouldn't surprise her if someone IN the Chinese government had been in on the criminal syndicate's scheme. She was glad to meet Shuixing as well, as Shuixing was a bit of a hero to her, though a part of her was also surprised that Gongniu hadn't attracted a mate by now.
"No one has proposed to you?" Yauvani asked as she sampled a dish not too different from what Nate and Shuixing had been eating.
"People have asked," Gongniu answered slowly and straightened his apron. With business slowing down as the lunch hour ended, there wasn't any pressure, but a new customer would have to pull him away, "the problem is that a good many of the requests have come from some of the young ones that Interpool has rescued and brought here for rehabilitation... at least with those that they haven't been able to return to their families. And in some ways, it is either some case of "fan girl" syndrome or something else... Much of which I do not understand, given the reports on what was done to them, which has to be bad if it can do such things to their psyche."
Yauvani slowly nodded. She could see why male Animalians were often considered attractive. Both Nate and Gongniu sported wide muscular shoulders and musculature that would make most any woman swoon with regard to physical attraction, regardless of the exact "species." She knew a fair number of people back home who'd praised Animalians, male and female, for how "healthy" they looked, even though she also knew they had no intention of converting or being with an Animalian. Though, given the height and musculature that Nate and Gongniu had, Yauvani figured that while she was still Human, they would be too big for her. She'd also seen plenty that would indicate that while Animalians had a higher baseline libido than Humans, they weren't lost to it, and thus "fan girls" might not what Animalians of either gender wanted.
And to a degree, some of the rescues that had been reported seemed to create that sort of risk. She couldn't fully explain it on how several girls and even a few boys had been kidnapped, in some cases violently, exploited for sex, and only to come back actively looking for it after being rescued. She supposed it was a form of Stockholm syndrome or something like that. Most didn't seem to fall into this category, and from other reports, counseling and other things on Heiya Island were starting to help those that had it the worst, but it seemed that some of that would take time to fix. She supposed that Gongniu was either willing to wait or simply hadn't met anyone that struck his own interest, and that was understandable. She'd come to convert but wasn't necessarily looking for a mate at the present time.
"It's okay, I don't understand all the psychological affects that has happened to all of them," Yauvani said to Gongniu, "it had to have hurt... and maybe it's some coping mechanism..."
"I'm sure," Gongniu agreed.
"But I am looking to convert... and in a way that wouldn't present any pressure to get a mate or anything like that," Yauvani spoke plainly.
"And I may be able to help with that if you're not looking for a mate right now," Shuixing offered, "though it will need to be soon... as my "season" is coming up soon, and I am hoping to have my first calf next year."
Yauvani noted Shuixing and Nate smiling to each other and then nodded, "Okay, so what do we do?"
"Well, we'd have to go over to the clinic," Shuixing explained, "they'll give me a shot that will reverse the "vaccine" that keeps the Animalia Virus from being infectious. I can then provide for you two servings of milk that will allow for your conversion. Provided you have all the paperwork filled out. From there, we'll both be revaccinated, and I can fill you in on a milking schedule."
Yauvani nodded.

From there, the paperwork was fairly easy to fill out, and Yauvani also took the time to send a message to Ami to let her know that she'd been able to get through things for her own conversion. Nate and Shuixing even helped a little bit with regard to the things that Horizon expected. The forms were things to be expected, and Yauvani didn't need a translation, but she was happy for the help while Shuixing was led off to one small room by one of the Horizon staff. When Yauvani finished the paperwork, she then took it from the waiting room to the desk that the Horizon staff member was manning. Yauvani was then thanked and lead to a larger room and it was a pretty standard room, with a large bed available.
"Shuixing will be by with the milk for you shortly," the Horizon staff member said to her, "and welcome to Animalia."
He then left and shut the door behind him. Yauvani sat down quietly and found that while it was pretty soft, it was high enough that Yauvani had to climb a bit to sit down on top of the mattress. She quietly waited and wondered on what she should do. She knew she was likely going to become larger and fit closer to Shuixing's height and muscular weight. And while her breasts were big enough require things like a larger shirt than most Japanese women, her smaller frame was such that after becoming a large Animalian would mean a new and much larger frame. It'd be in better proportion to her chest, but the added muscle mass and height would require larger clothing. She could tell that just by looking up to Shuixing on the walk to the clinic. She was about to make her decision when the door opened and Shuixing came back in, while holding two decent sized plastic glasses.
"Okay," Shuixing gave a soft smile, "the milk is ready. I'll let you go through it on your own... though, you may wish to actually strip down. Granted your breasts are bigger than mine where when I was Human, but I grew through my clothes in my change. It didn't hurt... but to a great degree, I felt a lot better once all this muscle split the clothes I was wearing."
"And then you had sex with Nate," Yauvani asked.
"No, I hadn't met Nate when I changed," Shuixing answered, "but I did ultimately have sex with him to make him MY bull."
"Well... you found a wonderful man and married into a wonderful family," Yauvani told her, "In this... you're an inspirational person for me."
"It is a wonderful family," Shuixing said, thinking of Ulysses and Blueberry and their new son, Calvin. There were even thoughts of the rest of Nate's family, even Meryl and Olly and their son Myron. The photos of Calvin and Myron as one-year old Animalian children were precious, and with Nate's Chinese vastly improved, Shuixing had also told Nate that she wouldn't need a physical gift for their anniversary, so long as she was pregnant by the time her time in heat this year ended, and that wasn't too far away now. "We can discuss things related to the new you once you're done transforming, and welcome to Animalia."
She set the cups of milk on an end table that sat beside the bed and then went out. As she left, Yauvani waited for the door to latch shut. From there, she set about undressing and setting her clothes aside. She'd gone through plenty of issues growing up in feeling clothes being too tight, particularly in the chest. She didn't need to suddenly find herself trapped in tightening clothing. From there, she then carefully leaned over to take the first plastic cup, toasted her mother and father's love and to gaining musculature comparable to Shuixing and then began to drink from it, noting that the milk didn't taste too different from what was often bought at the store. But the effects were almost immediate as her fingers began to thicken while her fingernails began to darken and enlarge as her fingers grew thicker. Her body also began to feel warmer as black hairs began to grow out over her and thickened into fur.
As she finished the first cup, Yauvani noted that the cup was now seeming to be smaller in her hands, as they now easily wrapped around it. She also began to feel a lot stronger and a lot more comfortable, and she looked down at her arms and belly to find that her shoulders and biceps were swelling with power. Underneath her breasts, her abdominal muscles were becoming more defined. She'd never been overweight or heavily interested in physical exercise, and yet now as she continued to change, she was putting on muscle that she could easily see the definitions of through her growing fur. She could also feel her feet lengthening into a far longer arch, with most of her toes shrinking and pulling down into sets of dewclaws while two toes grew and enlarged. Though for the moment, the growing strength made her smile and relax, as she then reached for the second cup.
The second cup was downed quickly, and she could easily hold it in one hand. As she drank, she could half watch as her face pushed forward into a more bovine muzzle with the nostrils at the front and her teeth flattening inside it and losing any sort of canines in favor of molars on the sides to chew food and incisors at the front to pull the food into the mouth, and perfect for a vegetarian diet. Yauvani half smiled and felt her ears flick a little bit in excitement as she finished the second cup and ignored the odd feeling of pressure that had been up on the upper part of her skull and barely noticed the sensation of something growing out behind her. She reached over and placed the cup on the end table, finding she didn't have to lean over to do so anymore.
She shakily got up to her feet, and as she took a few tentative steps, she found she'd grown a relatively long black tail behind her, with a long black tassel of hair/fur at the tip. This mostly came about as she found herself swaying it behind her with each step. She made her way toward where the wall mirror was, that was across from the bed and found that she had had now completed her own transformation. For in the mirror was a female Water Buffalo Animalian. Her muscles weren't as big as Shuixing's, and she thought she might be an inch or two shorter than Shuixing, but her breasts were slightly bigger than Shuixing's, though with her added muscle, their size didn't bother her. In fact, their bounce on her chest felt far more sustainable as the enlarged muscles in her back, chest, and shoulders could better support them.
"I look good," Yauvani said to herself she noted drop of milk coming from her now longer and more teat-like nipples, and that made some degree of sense. All Animalian females seemed to be in a constant state of lactation, regardless of pregnancy or if they were animals that were supposed to give milk, and this meant that they at times had to be milked. The rate often varied with the type of Animalian, though Bovine Animalians had to this at least once every couple of days, and once a day was preferrable.
"But it'll all work," Yauvani laughed at that, "and let dad's family think what they wish. He and mom don't mind... and I feel strong like this. And if they want to go after mom and dad over this... they'll get no cheese from me. And maybe Shuixing could teach me how to give them a good kick."
