Well, it was functional. Jeff tapped his foot as he mulled things over. The idea of 'instant woman, just add Jeff' did seem pretty interesting, but was there anything more that he could do? It kinda felt like he had just been given lifetime access to the world's best buffet, and his first stop was the pile of corn. No, he needed something a little more spicy. The food comparison in his head made him laugh as he briefly thought of turning his annoying sister into chicken. That seemed cruel to turn someone into something nonliving like that. Jeff sat up a bit. Chickens aren't just food, like cows. Half an idea bubbling up inside Jeff's head, he took his mouse over to the species tab.
The search bar greeted him and he moused over it rather quickly. Using his idea from earlier, he typed in chicken and was greeted with all the sub species a second later. He could also just tap The category 'chicken' again and the selection became 'Chickens (randomized)'. That was perfect. He didn't just want chickens though. Deselecting the option, he tried a more generic search. Livestock. Sure enough, another category came up. Chickens were there again, but this time so were horses, caprices, bovines and basically anything considered farm animals. Since it understood categories, Jeff had one final test to see if the Chronivac could follow.
He typed it into the search bar. "Furries." Sure enough, a category appeared. Jeff chuckled to himself. He wouldn't actually call himself one, but he was about to do something one would very much would do. He just wanted a list of animals that people can be without any breathing or environmental complications. Furries wanted to be animals so he figured they'd want to be something that didn't agonize for life in the noon day sun. He double clicked it unceremoniously and the machine hitched. Jeff flinched and tapped his mouse for a few seconds, almost hitting accept on a pop-up that appeared.
"Would you prefer to use the built-in presets for "Furries"? Click 'no' to manually adjust species mixes for advanced users."
Ah. There's a safe guard for something like this it seems. Well, Jeff hummed, he wasn't really sure he wanted to let the machine take over for him. Then again, according to his system clock he had fifteen minutes left. Shrugging mentally, Jeff clicked 'Yes', causing his computer to hitch again. That was kind of annoying. When it unfroze a few seconds later, a whole bunch of animal categories were selected, all of them with paired with the word "customized" in parentheses. Eugh, maybe it was a good thing Jeff didn't try to do that.
There was still something he could do at least. Jeff went back to his vector options and hit the drop down for vector type. He selected 'vector sight'. Fur-o-vision. Jeff considered if maybe he was a furry. He did another internal shrug and kept it since turning people into furries with a stare sounded funny as hell. Exposure seemed like the more entertaining option, and he left it at five minutes like all the other changes. Oh, and alter reality.
He looked back at all the vector changes. The furry section kind of dwarfed the bombshell section, but that seemed to be by necessity. Still, if he touched someone, they'd become female. If they stayed in his company long enough, they'd get a smokin' hot beach body. A quick glance at him would make them a spry twenty year old, while longer glances would perpetually make them more of a horn dog. Finally, as a bit of spice, Jeff's eye turned anyone caught in their gaze into an actual dog, or horse, or snake, or whatever furries liked.
