Karl pursed his lips pensive. Then he asked, "Aw, can't we do both?"
"You can," answered Dylan.
"But it changes your timetable. The neutered animal needs at two weeks rest after surgery." Brad explained, "so cut his nuts off now, and you have to wait at least two weeks to begin training. Training is rigorous. Now you said you needed him trained by a certain date. I cannot have him ready by that date if he's nursing his wounds and listless for a month."
"A month? At most I'd think it would be 3 weeks, more likely less than two weeks because he's a small healthy animal. And you're such a good trainer, I bet you could give Chad a crash training in maybe 2 weeks, Brad?" Interjected Dylan.
"You know, Dylan, I don't tell you how best to heal sick dogs, but I do know how to properly train a dog to heel, and if that was the only trick I was teaching Chad, I could do it faster. Karl, however requires some special training for Chad, and that really should take 8-10 weeks, I'm already compressing Chad's training into six weeks. Trying to do in 2-3 weeks would result in only a partially trained dog.
"Karl," continued Brad, "You told me you have an event in 6 weeks, where you want to put your animal through his paces, right? Well, if you nut him now, don't expect him to perform the way you want. And if you neuter him as soon as I finish with his training, he'll be laid up for weeks then. Your best bet if you're serious about your deadline, is to neuter Chad after he's trained the way you ordered, and after you've shown off his training. Who knows, you might even decide to breed Chad, and after the litter's born, I can train them even better than Chad here. And in three years you might have four or five obedient Chad's. I could even train one like Max here to keep the pack including Chad in line.
"But after you breed a litter, I'd collect a month's worth of sperm to freeze, and then neuter Chad," Brad added.
Chad just squirmed frantically and whined.
"Alright, Brad," Karl sighed, "As much as I like the idea of neutering Chad first, it seems untenable if I mean to show him off in six weeks. So Dylan, just the shots, exams, and chipping for now. But save those neuticles cause Chad will be needing them in 6 weeks."
"Hey, Karl, I can't think of any dog shows coming up in six weeks? I'd love to see the results of Brad's training. What's the event?"
"I'll invite you, if I think Chad's ready. But that depends on him and Brad, " Karl replied vaguely. He was fantasizing about a pack of Chads. Chad could be bred in vitro now, and the first litter would be ready for Brad's special training. Then by the time they were 2 years old in dog years, they'd be human Chad's age or maybe a year or two older. He stole a covetous glance at Dylan imagining adding him to the pack.
Brad smirked seeing Karl's expression. Yeah, he knew what Karl had in mind for Dylan. He'd enjoy training Dylan almost as much as he was looking forward to training Chad.
Only Chad noticed Brad's boner while he stared menacingly at the small dog. Damn, he could smell Brad's precum oozing into his shorts. Then he smelled Max's dripping precum.
