'Ugh, where am i?' Beth had lost consciousness when she was put back into her body, but was slowly coming back to. 'What happened?'
Her memories felt like they had been put through a blender. 'I think i'm back in my body, but why can't i feel it?'
But that wasn't entirely true. 'No, wait, i can still feel one part. But why only... THAT part? And why does it feel so weird?'
She thought about using magic to find out, but using it without her senses or a part of her body to focus on was exceptionally difficult.
'Well, i technically have one part i could use as focus, but i'd rather not.' She tried to move, but her body wouldn't even twitch.
'Come on, there has to be something i can do! Dammit, i should have practiced using magic without my senses before.'
Beth wasn't sure she could do it at all, without knowing where she was or what condition she was in.
"Haaah, i'm finally done. Now i can see if it worked!" A Man walked into Beth's room, but she didn't notice as she couldn't hear or see him.
He walked up to the Vase and looked inside, scratching his head in confusion when he didn't see Beth.
"Did she get out?" He noticed that the Vase seemed slightly different, and took a closer look, only now noticing the new thing on top.
"What is this?" He grabbed it by the rim and pulled, making it come loose with a light *thunk*.
The Man looked at the weird plate in his hand. "Huh, i hope i didn't break it."
He flipped it around, looking at the inside portion, and saw three sets of initials. "Guess its just a weird looking lid."
He put it back, but stopped as he was about to leave. "Wait it looks kind of like... a pair of cheeks. That's some pretty unfortunate design."
The Man left, thinking it was just a lid that happened to look a bit like a rear. "Weird, but there's no time for this, i've got to find the Queen."
Serad left, not knowing that the thing he'd held was Beth, or that she could feel in when he had her in his hand.
'How dare that person grab me like that! No, that's not important right now... why did it feel so weird?'
Beth had felt contact in places where the rest of her body should be, as if it had been seperated while retaining sensation.
'And why did it feel so dull? I barely felt it when i was touched... and the distance between the fingers was way to short."
It was as if her body wasn't even an inch thick. 'I have to find out, but what can i do? Something simple...'
Beth decided to resort to the basics to find out about the state of her body.
By letting mana flow through her body, getting an image of what her body was like should be possible when she made it return.
She started, and it finished almost immediately. "Why did it finish so quick-" She realized why the moment the information got back to her.
Her body was just a thin plate, seemingly made out of porcelain or something similar, with a large, thick-rimmed hole in the middle.
She could vaguely feel a lot of other parts mashed together around the rim, but the majority of her new body consisted of her rear-end.
Knowledge of her new form also made her realize what the circle she could feel below her was.
It was some sort of vessel, like a bowl or a vase, and she was used as nothing more than a covering for it.
