Deidre sat on her couch looking at the door. she hadn't heard any noise for at least 10 minutes but knew that he was still out there waiting for her to close enough to strike. she begins to look at her watch and curse under her breath because there is no one there to help her.
finally she hears the doorbell ring but she is too worried to open it. "who is it," she cried still afraid of the possibility of attack.
"open up its the police," said a man who seemed to have a particularly rasping voice.
she opened the door but was terrified as she saw several figures with a human posture only much bigger and more muscular. at closer glance she noticed this wasn't all that was odd. their ears stuck above their heads, they had sharp claws, muzzles and most surprisingly tails. they were fully covered in a coat of thick fur and eyes that seemed to lack all human emotion.
she turned to run but they soon drove her to the ground clawing and biting at her warm flesh. She tried to cry out for help but could only manage a moan of pain as she continued to be bitten.
behind the rest the sheriff walked in surprisingly less transformed than the other people in the room, where his human face could still be made out. Deirdre caught sight of his eyes, the right one shown of a bright gold color and his hair was a light silver color. she had seen him before but where? suddenly it hit her.
"Ro-" she started to say before he too sunk his fangs into her exposed shoulder, but instead of ripping into the flesh he let go, cut his own wrist and allowed blood drip into her mouth before she fell unconscious.
The werewolves would have continued to tear at her flesh had he not commanded them to head back. he then picked up her unconscious body and put her in the car.
