“Hmm” Ema said as she and Jeff sat by the computer. If a device like this could actually work, then they had to do something that would impact both of them. Jeff wondered what Ema was thinking. He was down for pretty much anything, just as long as Ema was happy about it.
“What if I became a body part of yours?” Ema suggested. She seemed rather curious about it. She had always wondered what it would be like to actually be a part of another person. Not just conjoined, but an actual appendage.
“Oh? That’s certainly interesting…” Jeff said. Of all responses he wasn’t really expecting that. Despite this, he still thought it would be fun to try. He must’ve had an odd expression on his face, as Ema’s next response wasn’t of happiness.
“Do you not like it?” Ema asked Jeff, seeing his initial reaction. She seemed somewhat sad that he didn’t immediately be receptive. She thought that it would be fun to do something together. But instead of Jeff always doing what she wants, maybe he should do something he wants to do.
“No, actually, I think its a great idea!” Jeff said as he turned back to Ema from the computer. It took him a moment to warm up to the idea, but the possibilities were already spinning. The device could do a myriad of different things. If Ema wanted to become a part of Jeff, he was sure there was some way to make it happen.
“Oh, you just seemed so unreceptive.” Ema said as she blushed. She knew it was an odd request, but she was happy Jeff was willing. If Jeff was good with it, then she was excited to try something like this. Maybe being a part of someone else would give her some time to think for a while.
“Yeah, the only question is what part if me do you want to be?” Jeff asked Ema. There would be no point to any of this if there wasn’t at least some idea of what they wanted to do. Ema thought about it for a moment.
