Shannon bolted, terrified of what was going on and completely unaware that it was Joey causing her transformation. She found herself running on two legs...then four as she ran, the wind wipping through her fur. The more she ran though...the less terrified she felt...and the stranger things seemed. Her mind felt his rush of giddy delight, this warmth and thrill to be running like this, but she struggled to remember what or who she was running from. She tried to think back. She had been in her room when the moon rose....and then...she'd changed. The change had scared her, watching fur grow over her body, she'd tried to fight it but lost. She was lucky her parents had not been home, that they'd trusted her to be alone at her age, otherwise they'd heard her howl or maybe seen the small furry wolf girl jump outside in the ruin of her clothes. Now she was just...running, out of instinct and it was such fun. The world swam through her keen eyes, and her ears picked up the subtlest sounds. Her nose smelled something ...herself, a scent that told her "werewolf." Stopping at last, the preteen werewolf puffed a bit as she found herself staring at her reflection in a stream. The bright eyed wolf girl giggled, flashing fangs as she wondered how it was she had become a werewolf....
