As Selena rode into the grounds of Stokerville Public High School on her bike, she glanced back at the six yokai riding behind her. Morgana had wisely provided six bicycles for the yokai exchange students' transportation needs. Selena was quite impressed by Humiya and Asuga; despite their girthy, obese frames, the two disguised tanuki were riding their bikes as nimbly as the slender kitsune.
"Well, this is my school, everyone," Selena said proudly. "Welcome to Stokerville High!"
"This is so exciting!" Yuna said. "I've never been to an American high school!"
"I can hardly wait for all the Americans to meet me," Maiko said, striking a dramatic (and rather salacious) pose.
"I have to confess, I'm a bit nervous about this," Tamiko said quietly, tugging awkwardly at her borrowed sweater.
"Don't be, Tamiko," Selena said, reassuringly putting an arm around the shy kitsune's shoulders. "Most kids here are really nice."
"But aren't most of them human?" Tamiko asked. "What will they think of a kitsune like me?"
Hōkō rolled her eyes. "They won't know you're a kitsune, Tamiko-san, anymore than they'll know I'm really an oni. We're all disguised as humans. As far as the kids in there are concerned, we're just six Japanese exchange students."
"On that note," Humiya said to Selena, "what other magicals go to this school? Who can we trust with our secret?"
"Anyone in my werehyena pack, for starters," Selena said. "That includes the Stokerville Cheetahs, our girls' basketball team."
"They should rename themselves the Hyenas," Asuga giggled.
"Who's on it?" asked Humiya.
"Abbie Peterson, Layla Kowalski, Naomi Miller, Kadie Brennan, Chloe Stewart, Hailey Wallerstedt, Cassidy Werner, Sofia Rivera-Lopez, Riley O'Connell, Jazmyn Washington, Maddison Kaufman, and Katelynn Andersen," Selena answered. "Abbie could actually use some tanuki help. She lost one of her balls in a sparring match, and she needs a potion made with tanuki semen to regrow it. Come to think of it, Morgana knows of a werehyena in Fort Hyde, Oklahoma with the exact same problem."
"Oh, we can help with that!" Asuga laughed, patting the spot between her legs where her ballsack would normally be.
"Indeed we can," Humiya nodded. "Anything to repay our generous hosts. Please, go on with the list of magicals."
"Then there's Skyler Bentley and hir friends Ashlee Kline and Zoey Guthrie," Selena went on. "They're the power trio of the school. Don't worry about them, though; they put their bitchy days behind them when they became werehyenas. And there's my pack shaman, Taylor Wagner. There's a girl from Drama Club in the pack, too, Lily Nichols."
"Can't wait to meet her!" Yuna grinned.
"Can't wait to fuck her!" Maiko winked lewdly.
"And of course there's one of my two mates, Jenna McSweeney," Selena continued. "There's also a nerdy girl called Hannah Dershowitz who's Skyler's mate, as well as a cheerleader who's in love with Riley, Summer Vogel. There's also a few others but they're all in Japan right now. Well, that's basically my pack. I'll be adding more of the cheerleaders to it today, but that's not until after school. But we're not all there is, of course. There's also the von Karnstein vampire clan..."
"Someone mention us?" Tatiana laughed as she rode her own bike into the parking lot. She leaped off of the bike, ran over to Selena, and gave the werehyena alpha a passionate kiss on the mouth.
"Meet Tatiana von Karnstein, everybody, or Tats for short," said Selena. "She's both a vampire and the love of my life."
"That's right," Tatiana nodded, "and, like all vampires, I'm part of a clan. In my case, it's Clan von Karnstein. One interesting thing about us is that we're an almost entirely lesbian clan (barring the occasional bisexual), in keeping with Matriarch Carmilla's own preferences. Her presence has actually been slowly turning the female population of Stokerville into lesbians over the generations."
"That's good to know," Asuga said, her face both intrigued and horny.
"Now, my sisters Lenora, Liesel, and Claudia are both claiming to be college-age right now, so you won't see them here," Tatiana went on. "Dracona and Valeria are posing as high school seniors. Dracona's a lot of fun if you enjoy wild sex and plenty of it; she's a total swinger. Valeria's more about romance than sex, on the other hand. She's just gotten a new girlfriend, Roxy Weiss. Roxy's going to be formally initiated into the clan tonight, you know. She had to be turned to save her life after a succubus nearly drained her dead in a nightclub. But hey, it all worked out in the end, right? Don't expect to see Roxy in school, though; she's a college student from out of town. Then there's Whisper, our clan's archivist. She's in our year, and she's the biggest nerd ever. Welllllllllll... more like the tiniest. She's as petite as they come, but her brain's the size of a mountain."
"Whoa, take it easy, Tats," Selena chuckled. "They don't need the clan's entire biography."
"Sorry, but I don't meet too many people I can be open to about my clan," said Tatiana. She turned back to the yokai. "And we've got two new clan-sisters aside from Roxy: Jinx and Persephone. Jinx is a teenage Wiccan in our grade who Liesel's training to assist her as Clan Seer. Her public name's Alyssa Bennett, at least until Matriarch Carmilla manages to legally take custody of her away from her neglectful, alcoholic aunt. Then she can officially change it to Jinx von Karnstein. As for Persephone, she's officially known as Jessica Tang, and she still lives with her birth parents. She'll move into Karnstein Manor when she turns 18. She's one of the cheerleaders."
"That's the vampires," Selena said. "There's also a succubus teen who goes here named Jezebel du Charme. My parents' werewolf pack also sends their cubs here, but please don't tell anyone who seems like they might be a werewolf about my werehyena pack; my parents would never approve."
The yokai all nodded.
"And isn't there a werefox skulk camped on the edge of town?" Tatiana added. "There might be some new werefox kids here."
"I think so," said Selena. "Be on the lookout for pranks, everybody."
Tatiana then looked Selena seriously in the eye. "There's something you should know, Lena. Liesel's visions are telling her that Tori Vordenburg is close. She's already somewhere in this state."
"Thanks for the warning, sweetie," Selena said. "I'll be careful, I promise." She turned back to the yokai exchange students. "Alright, time to head on in! Don't wanna be late for class, right?"
