Harold gained the same things his original monster tf had before - claws on his fingers and toes, fangs in place of teeth, he lost his pinky toes, and gained pointed ears and a third eye.
He watched as his feet grew bigger, and his fingers grew slightly longer. He watched as his shoes, socks, shirt, sweater and khakis vanished, leaving him in just his underwear.
His arms grew longer, reaching to his knees, and his chest gained muscle.
Small stumpy beige spikes grew from his spine.
Finally, his skin turned pale green, his hair turned white, and tufts of pink fur sprouted on the backs of his hands and on the tops of his feet.
Harold was a monster.
"Roar!" Harold roared loudly.
Harold made another footprint next to his human print, so people could compare the difference.
