Back at the gym, you learned how to use an exercise bike with Ivy's help, as you began to push your legs up, and down the peddles as you felt your own legs gaining muscles. Of course, Ivy knew that your legs weren't balanced enough with your body, so she had you get off the exercise bike, and brought you to a different machine.
"Okay, now this machine is called a treadmill," Ivy explains. "In order to balance your speed with your new legs, you'll have to go at a faster speed than you usually run go in. Now the Class Rep doesn't allow you to run in the halls, because it's against school rules, but on the outside track, and treadmill, it's fine." You begin running, as Ivy turned the dial on the treadmill to 25 miles, which made the treadmill move faster, as you started running faster, while Ivy watched, and you could feel your hair becoming red.
