"This is the place, right?" A young man asked, looking up at the sign above the bar. "What are they doing at a lesbian bar?"
"I don't know, Steve," his sister admitted as she took out her phone and checked the location that their parents had sent them. "This doesn't make sense..."
"Come on Diane, there's not much point in dwelling on it," Steve said with a shrug. "They just needed a ride, so let's go and find them."
The two siblings had heard from their parents not long ago when they had texted Diane asking for a pick-up. Apparently they had a bit too much to drink on date night and needed a ride. Why they didn't just get an Uber they didn't know, which had made Diane concerned so she had asked her brother to come with her. Diane just shrugged and opened the door as she headed in, looking around at the women who were enjoying their evenings.
"Welcome to Liz's Lesbian Bar," a cheery voice said as she looked up to see the bartender looking at her with a smile. "I'm Liz the proprietor of this lovely place. Can I help you two?"
"Yeah, uh, we're looking for Susan and James Thompson?" Diane said as she looked at Liz. "They came in here awhile ago and asked for a ride?"
"Ah, yes, they're in one of the back rooms," Liz said as she gave Diane a smile, leaning in a bit to show her cleavage. "They're a bit busy at the moment. Perhaps you two would like a drink while we wait?"
"I'll stay here, you go look around," Diane said as she took a seat at the bar.
"Got it," Steve agreed as he started walking around the bar.
