"HEY BILL!" Came a voice, and Bill looked up to see Tammy, waving cheerfully at him from across the street in a STar Wars shirt and jeans.
"Tammy? What the..." Bill muttered, leaving the Stone alone and rubbing his eyes in disbelief. "How..."
Tammy gave a girlish squeal of excitement and darted across the empty street, her breasts bouncing painfully from the rapid movement but she didn't care. She leapt from the pavement, over the sidewalk and left a small tidal wave of dew in her wake as she stormed across the yard and up the short flight of steps, crashing into Bill's completely unprepared form and sending them both crashing to the hard wooden surface of the porch.
Before Bill could even moan in pain, he found his lips locked with Tammy's as she pressed herself against him. He felt his cock rapidly stiffen and strain against the tight fabric of his jeans, but he suddenly disengaged, pulling himself free of Tammy's soft, beautiful form. He extracted himself as carefully as he could and then backed himself against the porch railing, staring at the girl in front of him.
"...Tammy?" Was the only thing Bill could think of to say as he slowly pulled himself to his feet.
Tammy grinned and pulled herself up as well, brushing off some dust before striking a pose. "Ta-da!"
"But...how?" Bill stammered as his brain attempted to process everything. If he'd gone back in time and reverted everything...Unless he really hadn't gone back in time? What if this was just another new reality? What if-
"Woah! Hey, shh, it's okay!" Tammy said, her face growing serious.
"But...how? I made the wish! I just wanted everything to go back to how it had been! You should be Tom, not Tammy!" Bill nearly shouted, and immediately regretting his choice of words at the hurt that flashed across Tammy's face.
"Well, I like being me..." She said with a sniff as she fought back tears, "Why does everyone want me to be Tom!?"
Bill took a deep breath and shook his head, "Shit, I'm sorry, Tammy. I'm just-I'm a little freaked out right now, ok? I just want to know what happened! You remember, right?"
A single tear flowed down Tammy's pretty cheeks before she wiped it and the remaining tears from her eyes, "Well, you freaked out and got the stone from Gloria, then you made the wish. The next thing was the light and I felt myself changing and I just...wished that I could stay as me? Then the next thing I know I was back around the corner, right where Tom was, and I was still me! My driver's license is me, my phone shows me...I'm Tammy!" Her face lit up as she gestured to her body.
then her face grew serious again and she moved closer to Bill, who was still propped up against the railing of the porch.
"I remember it all, Bill. Tom wanted to kill himself. You were the only reason he didn't. And then when he became Old Tammy, he felt how loved he was, even if it was all created by that" She pointed to the gemstone, still sitting on the railing where it had appeared, "And then he became me. And then we got young again. And the whole time I was so afraid of going back to being Tom, to losing you...I don't know. But I don't want hide that I truly want this anymore. I want you"
The morning light began to dim as storm clouds rolled in overhead.
"Even if it was...artificial. You felt it, and I know I felt it. I want to be your girl, Bill. And when we're ready, I want to be your wife, and the mother of your children. You know that we make it work. We just have a whole lot more time now..."
"But Tammy, I...We, the timeline-" Bill started, his mind racing as it processed the information, but he never got to finish as she slid against him, sliding her arms around his neck as rain began to fall just inches away.
"Just shut up and kiss me, you big dummy" Tammy whispered, pulling herself up and giving Bill an impossibly deep kiss. He only resisted for a moment before he wrapped his own arms around her and pulled her tighter. And there they stood, two young lovers in an embrace that last for several minutes.
Bill chuckled when Tammy's arms slipped away from his neck and she pulled away, "So, now what?"
Tammy slid him a very 'Tom' like grin, "Maybe you could treat a girl to some breakfast?"
"We'll be late for school..." Bill began, casting a look down the road towards the high school.
"I've got a perfect record and one tardy mark this close to end won't make the world explode for either of us" Tammy said, sticking her tongue out at him playfully.
"Well, if my lady insists..." Bill offered his arm to her.
"She does!" Tammy said, sliding her arm in his, trying hard not to break out into what she knew would be an endless gigglefest of happiness. This was everything she wanted. She was living the life she wanted now, she was happy, she had her soul-mate...what else did she need, Tammy asked herself as the couple walked arm in arm towards the front door.
But out of the corner of her eye Tammy spotted something dull and almost lifeless sitting on the railing. Bill didn't seem to notice it at all, and as they passed, Tammy slid three slender finger out and grabbed the gemstone, sliding it softly into her pocket without Bill ever noticing a thing.
Arm in arm, they entered the Strasserman house, and Tammy was greeted with a warm, loving welcome from Bill's, and one day her, family.
