Bahiya had asked you what your next wish might be. You were now a boy of five years of age with all of your memories so you had a clear idea of what you wanted next. What would make your life extra nice and for a long time.
"I wish to be the only son of an extremely rich family. And for time to stretch longer so that I may enjoy my new youth all the more," you say excitedly, with joy shinning in your eyes.
Bahiya smiles and after a few minutes she waves hand, weaving her magic and altering even more the new reality that was created for you.
"As you command, my sweet little master," she says happily.
You are positively elated. You'll be an only son, meaning you'll be the pride and joy of your parents. The very apple of their eyes, no doubt. Sweet! And boys get to do more than girls. So much more. They are excused much more easily. After all, the saying "Boys will be boys" has been used as an excuse for males to do all sorts of fun mischief for countless generations, has it not? You can be spoiled and an heir that will retain and pass on the family name. All the more precious to satisfy, in short. You smile as you think how lucky you are to live in a mainly patriarchal society, officiously speaking. You'll have the best of lives! Awesome!
Of course, you do not realize that "rich" can mean many things and that you had not bothered to explain that you meant money and not any other sort of riches...
