Opening the door of the pub, Sharon Anderson was hungry as hell, but she was also hungry of business. This pub was in her sights for some time and it will be very soon to her, the demand of the local real estate market is exploding and the small couple will not have much time to hold on to given their low incomes, their only only way out would be to increase the prices but they will not do it of course since they are too attached to their customers. Weak people are weak people, she thought, and they only deserve to be crushed by the bigger ones.
As the woman prepared to set up at a booth, she noticed a familiar face. Nicole Smith, who works with one of her biggest targets Alice Moore the elderly owner of the small bookstore in the center. Sharon decided to approach.
"Well, if it isn't dear Nicole."
Nicole and Alice's eyes widened as they saw the woman in the black suit appear in front of her. Sharon was the pest of the neighborhood merchants and her appearance was not forgettable.
Nicole and Alice greeted the imposing woman curtly. Sharon was a woman in her early fifties, tall and sturdy, with a generous figure. She has a matronly build with some curves that testify to her authoritative and invasive behavior. She has blond hair and pale blue eyes, she wears a black suit over a white blouse, as well as black tailor pants and heels. She wears some jewelry and her clothes are all designer labels.
She is an imposing woman to whom it is difficult to say no.
"So, how have you been since the last time? Did the old lady deign to take my deal?"
Alice chafed at this last sentence. Nicole motioned for her not to answer.
"As usual Sharon, she doesn't want to hear about you or your plans anymore. You're the disease of this town, and no matter how much money you have you'll never get everything you want, you'll never get Alice's bookstore, it's her treasure."
Sharon sighed, "Indeed you are right I could never have what I want most, my youth for example I could never have it again, but this city on the other hand I could have it and by becoming mayor I could have my chance in politics."
Alice and Nicole laughed. Sharon frowned and crossed her arms. "What's so funny?"
"Nothing," they replied simply.
Sharon leaned on the table, "You can hide anything from me in the end I'll take it all," her gaze fell on the table.
"These dice for example."
Alice gasped as Sharon threw the dice on the table. "All I have to do is decide that they're mine, just like your damn store, and once they're in my possession all I have to do is throw them like that."
