Witnessing Sharon's rapid regression, Nicole now quickly snatched the dice. Securing them in her purse, she now anxiously looked to Alice before speaking. "We need to leave," she said before turning to the now college aged Sharon. "All of us!"
Alice nodded, the two middle aged women grabbing Sharon by the arm as they quickly left the shop. Sharon was still stunned, the shapely coed grasping her slacks as they now placed her in the back seat. "Hey watch it," Sharon whined, the 20 year old now smoothing out her outfit. As Sharon now glanced into the rearview mirror the young blonde gasped as she saw her youthful face. "What did you do to me?!"
"We didn't do anything," Alice replied angrily. "You did this too yourself."
"Well you better fix this," Sharon grumbled. "Look at me! No one's going to take me serious when I look like this. I look like I should be working at Starbucks or something!"
Alice and Nicole glanced at the now very youthful Sharon. There was no denying that she certainly looked too young. The girls face had rounded significantly, her pale blue eyes sparkling with youthful energy. Framing the girls young face, the two middle aged women noted her gorgeous blond hair cascading past her shoulders. Sharon no longer looked like a soulless, real estate agent. She looked like she belonged in a sorority.
"We still haven't even figured out where those dice came from," Alice replied. "I don't even know if we can change you back."
"Well I can't stay like this," Sharon exclaimed. "I'm only 20 years old right now! You better fix this you two or else!"
"Or else what," Nicole countered, furrowing her brow at the young coed. "In case you didn't notice young lady you're barely more than a teenager right now. What happens if those dice roll again?"
Sharon paused, biting her lip. Three rolls of the dice had caused her to lose 31 years of age. What would happen if they kept rolling? Would she end up a teenager? A minor? A child? The prospect of being reduced to an even younger age made her shudder, especially considering Nicole was the one in possession of them right now. "You wouldn't!"
"You wanna take that chance," Nicole smirked, lifting the dice out of her purse. "You've always acted like a spoiled brat Sharon. Who's to say this isn't karma for everything you've done."
Sharon quieted, leaning back in her seat as she glowered at the pair. "Okay fine," she grumbled. ""So whats going to happen now?"
Nicole and Alice glanced at one another, unsure of what to do next. Heading back to the bookstore made the most sense but so did heading for one of their homes. All Nicole hoped for was that Sharon wouldn't call her bluff. She didn't want to say anything, but she had heard the voice after taking the dice. Now she was the one
who needed to be careful with handling the dice. If Sharon and Alice had already lost so many years, what would happen to her.
