While it took a little longer than Erica would have liked, they made it to Prince's Hamlet without being noticed by the bandits. The town of Prince's Hamlet had slowly expanded into a town over the last few years, though the people that lived there still called it a hamlet. They saw various people at work in the town going about their daily business.
"Where do you want to go to find adventurers?" Erica asked
"The tavern would be a good place to start," Mika said "I hear many adventures start there, but I haven't had a chance to find out if those rumours are true. I usually sleep in my wagon, so I haven't really stayed in a tavern for any length of time."
The two entered the tavern, and looked at the various people around them. They saw all kinds of races: enigmatic sightshifters, who shifted their appearances based on the people they were looking at at any particular moment. Humans were a common sight, as were halflings and elves. The town being on the edge of the forest, they needed to have good relations with the elves in order to maintain their town. There was a smattering of more unusual races, too: half orcs, tieflings and even a few dwarves, which weren't usually seen this far from their mountains. As they were looking around, the door opened, admitting a metallic skinned woman in a green dress that clashed badly with her skin tone entered the bar. She was twice as tall as most humans, so had to stoop to avoid hitting her head on the ceilings.
"Who do you want to talk to about helping with the quest?" Erica asked, as she moved out of the way to allow the metallic-skinned woman to pass
