Cruciata tearfully prayed in her dungeon cell. "Please, God... please, great Celestial Light... don't let this be Pava's time to leave us. I know I haven't always treated her right. I've done her so much wrong. I've kidnapped her. I've treated her like a slave. I repent of all these sins. Please give me a chance to make it up to her! I... I love her! I place all of my trust in the Light to defend that love! Amen!"
Cruciata felt her faith and love flowing into God to strengthen Him and His powers. Suddenly, she felt something flowing into her own body as well. It was a warm, pleasing feeling that filled her with a sense of peace. Suddenly, she began to transform. Her fly wings morphed into rainbow-colored butterfly wings, her skin turned a sky blue color, and a violet halo appeared over her head. Cruciata had become an angel! For a moment, she felt unbridled joy at her transformation... until she realized what her jailers would say.

Raphael rubbed Pava's afflicted stomach with holy ointments. Jehovah read benedictions from sacred scrolls for the creation before creation which His own father had ruled over before Chaos had destroyed it. Pava's body calmed a bit, but Jehovah knew it just wasn't enough. Chaos was a powerful thing.
Suddenly, a powerful energy filled Jehovah and Raphael. With newfound strength, they set about healing Pava with newfound vigor. Jehovah spoke the ancient rites with a voice filled with power increased tenfold, and the ointments of Raphael crackled and glowed with holy magic. "Is this Cruciata's doing?" asked Archangel Raphael.
"Yes," Jehovah smiled. "Soon we will have two more angels in Heaven."
"Is that what you meant by reconciliation?" asked Raphael.
"Yes," Jehovah smiled. "It has been a long time since anyone of Beelzebub's lineage has dwelt in Heaven, but Cruciata shall soon bring his purified bloodline back to our realm."
"How is that possible?!" Raphael gasped.
"The first demons were fallen angels who fled to Hell," Jehovah explained.
"We all know that... with all due respect, Lord," Raphael said, not getting what God was driving at.
"They became the first demons when they entered the realm of Cosmic Darkness and gave themselves over to it," Jehovah went on. "The process can be reversed. A demon can fill her heart with the Light and let it take her as its own."
Raphael smiled. "I think I'm beginning to understand."
As Raphael continued to dress Pava's invisible wounds with medicines, the peacock demon's body began to subtly change. It remained covered in shimmering blue and green feathers with magnificent wings and a fan-like tail, but the colors brightened to a nearly iridescent level, and a blue halo appeared over her head. Raphael gasped. A halo could mean only one thing. Pava was now an angel!
Raphael gaped. A demon had just transformed into an angel before his very eyes! He thought she almost looked like a female version of his friend Melek Taus, who had briefly been aligned with Lucifer's rebellion before switching sides out of admiration of Jehovah's wisdom. Raphael could certainly see that wisdom on display right now.
"Lord, it worked!" he gasped.
"And so has the healing," Jehovah smiled. "Look."
Pava's eyes slowly fluttered open. "Where... where am I?"
"Home," Jehovah said with a loving smiled. "You are now truly home."
