“With the Mermaid Virus raging across the world do you really want to wait until your infected and then deal with a government run transformation center?” asked a rather beautiful women dressed in a skin tight dress as she walked along an idyllic sand covered beach.
“We have all seen the photos.” Said the women as images of hotels hastily transformed to deal with the inflex of people transforming, medical tents which were overflowing with men, women and children laying in bathtubs as the transformation into mermaids and mermans happened to them.
“Do you really want that for you, your family, your friends and your loved ones?” asked the women
“Here at New Atlantis we have modern clean and professional personal to help you through all the stages of your transformation.” said the women as images of clean hallways, large pools, and smaller yet more then large enough pools where people where being transformed. Some of the people transforming were drinking what looked to be cocktails of some kind.
“We have professional staff here to give you the one-on-one time to aid in any gender transformation which happens.” added the women as the image of a man transforming into a mermaid was shown lying in a pool on a couch talking with a counselor appeared. “Unlike the government run camps where they leave you to fend for yourself.”
“And once your transformed we don’t put you into a walled camp offshore which is getting over crowed with each passing hour.” said the women as images of new mermaids and merman lying on the sandy bottom without any real private places, a merbaby was crying as a mermaid tried to cover herself as she breast feed out in the public and an image of a fight as people went after new items given to them by the surface. Some of the mermaids and merman were nude or in rags left over from their time as a human.
“No…we will never do that.” Said the women with a shake of her head. “No, here at New Atlantis, using advanced underwater robots we are building a community which is as close to the surface as we can.”
Images of “houses” appeared made out of concrete but with painted walls, windows and doors appeared. Yards and parks made from coral reefs were seen with mermaids and merman swimming through. A mermaid was seen holding a hand cart as she shopped while a teenage mermaid held up a bikini top to her friends showing it off as they shopped in a mall.
“We provide not only a better world under the sea but also communications to the outside world.” Said the women “In the camps you would have to wait months to call home and then you would only have five to ten minutes at most. At new Atlantis with our technology, you can keep your old job and work from home. You can call home at any time.”
Images of a merman sitting at what looked to be a bar, his lower half under the water face timing with a human appeared.
“So why risk being sent to the camps, come to New Atlantis.” stated the women “Where we are building the best world we can under the sea.”
