Jeff took his seat at the end of the table. He pulled out his phone. "Please no phones at the table..." Christina chided. "This is supposed to be family time..."
"It'll just be a second," Jeff said. His mom scowled but kept quiet. 'Dominic is naturally built like a pro powerlifter and Christina's DNA makes it so she burns fat off really easily. Mike was given the best of both these qualities allowing him to gain muscle and size without much fat.' Jeff toggled the settings so only he and Mike were aware. Then he turned off Mike's awareness for a second adding, 'Mike was consistently encouraged by Dominic all his life to be a bodybuilder.'
Jeff didn't like how angry his brother was about their new dad. Whoever he was Jeff wanted to try to give a reason for the two to get along. He nodded at Mike and put away his phone. Already, he was surprised at the way the portions had changed. In front of Dominic, it seemed to have doubled. His plate seemed bigger and there was a second one in front of him. The phrase, 'eat big. Get big,' kept repeating over and over in Jeff's head.
The two watched in awe as Dominic's flabby body began to tone up. The undefined parts of his body began to tighten up and strengthen. Each one growing far more powerful than it had been even moments before. Dominic shifted his weight in his chair, completely unaware of the change in his size. With his large belly pulling a little bit in and pulling taut, he could sit more upright. Height quickly added to his frame. His bones stretched and lengthened. He accidently kneed the top of the table, making it shake.
"Honey..." Christina scolded.
"Sorry babe," Dominic said. The depth and confidence in his voice almost felt like it shook the room. Power radiated off of him. Instead of his shirt clinging only to his belly, now it pulled against his wide shoulders and burly pecs. There was still a bit of a belly, but it looked far more intimidating and strong than cumbersome.
Dominic took another bite. His hand completely dwarfed the spoon full of rice. "What?" he asked Jeff and Mike who were still staring. A thick beard covered his masculine face and nearly went down to his chest. His eyes narrowed and sunk while the curves of his face looked more like straight lines.
"Nothing," Jeff said, looking down. He felt something strange happening to him. Just like with Dominic, his hands were starting to grow as well. Jeff's chair pushed back as a bit of a belly grew out in front of him. He had the urge to stretch as muscle and bone began to grow longer and stronger. His hands seemed to double in size and a thick forest of hair ran up his arms.
"Bro..." Mike uttered, watching Jeff transform. He'd been so transfixed with Jeff's transformation that he hadn't even noticed his own. Somehow, the massive man just grew even more. Mike was easily the size of any pro powerlifter, standing at least 6'8" and 300+ pounds, but instead of a bulky mass, it was a cut physique. His wide shoulders would be almost impossible to fit through any door without turning sideways and his legs would always be fighting for room as he walked. Mike's arms were the size of watermelons. A mountain of chicken breasts were layered on his plate.
"Something wrong?" their parents looked between the two.
"No!" Jeff was quick to say. He didn't realize how loud and powerful his voice had become. The family gave him a look and he tried to shrink in on himself. With his new size, that was impossible. "Sorry..."
Mike was quick with a save. "We were just thinking about going out afterwards. And I just realized what I wanted to do."
