The funny feeling returned as Jennifer was pacing around her room, contemplating what to do. She was sure the chabges would happen again soon. But how fast? Should she change her clothes so she could hide it better? But what if nothing would happen after all and this was it?
Though, as Jennifer further thought of it, she could hear her mother call for her: "Come on, Jennifer! The bus is about to get here!"
Shit.
There was no time to change. And the funny feeling remained. It made her feel sick. Her stomach felt weird.. and she didn't know if it was the curse or her own nervousness causing this.
Thus Jennifer quickly headed outside, praying deep down nothing would happen. Though, as she got on the bus and sat down by herself, she could tell that something did change. Her stomach felt bloated. The waistband of her skirt felt tighter around it. And her shirt felt tighter as well - and it already was meant to be tight to begin with, thus it did begin to ride up her stomach ever so slightly. It startled Jennifer enough to the point she tried to cover it with her bag, hoping somehow that would hide or stop the growth. But it didn't.
Instead, she could feel her belly grow throughout the bus ride. She could feel it push out more and more. She could tell how the waistband of her skirt was forced to slide down more to remain stuck underneath it, and she could feel her shirt rise more and more to the point it looked more like a crop top than what it was before.
And it got to the point where Jennifer's bag was pressed fully against the seat before it. She could see her stomach. She could feel how much heavier it was and tell this feeling of fullness. Yet when she moved her shaking hand to poke it, it didn't feel hard to the touch. It only grew to look pregnant and be as heavy as if she were... but it really was just her stomach's size that increased. But it still looked very much like a stomach of a woman at the end of her third trimester.
Jen was so busy staring at it, she didn't even notice her friend - Lisa - sitting down next to her. She only did when Lisa said: "How's the baby mama doing?"
"What?", this caused Jennifer to look at her with a look of disbelief. Why was Lisa speaking so casually..? No, wait, didn't Kyle say that people would treat her as if she really was pregnant...? Even though there was no baby in her belly?
"But.. I'm not really pregnant..?", Jennifer tried to explain. Hoping Lisa would believe her.
But Lisa only stared at her before laughing: "Nice try. Everyone knows you are. Come on, you even try to show it off! Everyone can see that belly!"
She didn't believe her at all. Even though Jen would never give birth to anything, everyone would always think she is just nine months pregnant.
"But I'm not-", Jennifer tried again only to tense and then desperately press her hands against her breasts. They were starting to feel strange. And that meant they were about to change as well.
