James stood at the mighty gates of College. Taking a deep breath, he stepped though the threshold of education and stepped in though the gates. It was odd how isolated this collage was, but it had all the necessities on campus.
It was walled in by a vast forest, and the nearest town was a thirty minute drive. You yourself had to walk, since no-one in town seemed willing to drive you there. No uber, no bus no nothing.
Your bags had been sent ahead. It all seemed very efficient, but strangely non-personable. No real warm welcome, and even your acceptance letter felt half-hearted. Reluctant might be the right word. Part of you felt they didn't want you here, that something was off or wrong. Surely not though.
But then, as you walked uneasily though the strangely empty campus. It was early. 7AM, and it seemed everyone was still inside. You eyes flashed by a window, and you swore you saw a student watching you before ducking as your eyes moved towards them. You shivered, feeling what felt like a thousand eyes pressing down on you. You stopped dead in your tracks, eyeing around campus again waiting and watching for any and all movements. You could see various fraternities, one of which was covered in TP and looked like a massive party had taken place. Up on high on a hill on the horizon was a gothic looking house, nested beside a small punkish looking place.
You found the courage to move forward, you footsteps heavy and your heart racing. Why were you scared? What were your instincts telling you?
It was then you heard a voice from behind you...
"Hey there..."
