Enoch shows his dreams to the council

added by Anonymous 2 months ago O Mythological

Thank you for all attending;” Jehovah speaking warmly to all present as he sat in his throne. “Before we begin I would like to offer a warm welcome to Michael Morningstar’s nephew Enoch. Enoch Morningstar,” Jehovah smiling; “Lucifer’s first born son and now an angel among us. Who i also adopted,” Jehovah adding; while staring at Enoch to let him know that his devil may care attitude will not go unpunished to a degree.

There was a light applause as those present stared at the white furred wolftaur wearing a graphic t-shirt depicting a killer doll wielding a knife. With the standard halo and tanned complexion; the court looked at Enoch with a slight bemused expression. Even in heaven tauric angels don’t have wings. Enoch was unique as he flexed his dove like wings; causing them to sparkle and shimmer.
“Anything you would like to say,” Jehovah looking at the uncomfortable angel.
“Yes,” Enoch answering; “however it would be best if I show you.”

‘“So we are agreed,” a young looking Lucifer speaking; “this will be our final stand against Tiamat.”
“If we falter,” Astaroth nodding; “then all is lost.”
The court watched as Enoch’s angelic father and aunt flew towards a large mass of inky blackness pushing through a portal. Jehovah and his Uncle Michael were also there; Enoch even recognized a young looking Kusheil and several other angels he didin’t recognize.

Tiamat was almost like the description of the many elder gods from the bizarre author H.P Lovecraft; with a mass of tentacles surrounded by a single large eye. The court observes as several angels were wiped out with a single swipe from the beast; an audible gasp could be heard from those watching in stunned silence. His father and aunt slicing through the mass as they reach the eye; they were soon joined by his Uncle Michael and Jehovah himself.
“We need to blind Tiamat,” Jehovah looking less like a doddering old fool and more like a man who has seen hardship and is determined to prevent others from suffering like he has.
“Then let me do it,” Lucifer not thinking as he tosses his sword Light-Bringer like a spear to Tiamat’s eye.”
“No,” Jehovah shouting; “not like that!”’

“That was the first dream I had last night,” Enoch looking at the silent court as they witness a project he managed to summon. A projection of an event that only few within the court have can confirm they lived through; Enoch sparring a glance at his Uncle, and even he could see he was visibly uncomfortable.
“A voice keeps droning in my head,” Enoch readying another memory; “my memories are your memories.”
“Whose memories,” Sandalphon asking as Enoch removed his glasses; revealing his solid blue eyes that crackle with unbridled power, this also elicits another gasp from those in court.
“The sword light bringer,” Enoch responding; “my father’s old sword. The same you saw me weild as we battle the thrall army in the Sihr Desert, Sandalphon.
The angel nodded as she watched Enoch show the latest memory.

‘It was the heart of hell. The court observes as both Enoch and his father slowly made their way in the volcano just outside of Dis. Watching to see lord Adrammelech plunging an obscene blade into the condemned human soul staked over the ward the Enoch went to repair. Surrounded by twelve thralls in hooded robes, watching as Adrammelech ripped out the heart before fleeing through a portal.’

“This was a resurrection ritual,” Enoch replaying the scene for those again; “I didn’t realise it as I was trying to repair what Beelzebub tampered with.”
“The sigils next my father’s and your father’s,” Jesus asking; “whose is it?”
“Beelzebub,” Jehovah sighing; “are you trying to tell me that he is alive?”
“Alive and acting as Tiamat's puppet,” Enoch responding as he dispels the memory; “that memory was both mine and the swords. Hence why you saw me in the third person I wager.”
“Any other memories you would like to share,” Jehovah asking.
“The only other one is about a long forgotten battle, were a human threw light-bringer down a well just to keep a besieging army from claiming,” Enoch be honest; “not sure why I was shown that.”
“You want to go back to hell and look for the vile demon don’t you,” Michael speaking up.
“Does a bear shit in the woods,” Enoch responding; “plus Metatron is still down there. He agreed to stay and help stop Nergal provided I come up here.”

Jehovah pinched his nose as he tried to sort out what was just revealed to him. Enoch witnessing the last battle of Tiamat was shocking; it took place several millennia before he was born. The thought of Beelzebub still alive and in league with that chaos being shook him to his bones.
“I can’t let you go down there,” Jehovah sighs; “while I know you have family down there that you care about. This reason to search for someone we have no way of knowing if he is alive or not is just something Jove would come up with just to get out of guard duty,” Jehovah rolling his eyes; that is another business he needs to address next.
“But I will send someone down to see if Metatron needs assistance,” Jehovah silencing the impatient wolftaur; ”Sandalphon will you go?”
“If I may suggest,” Enoch interrupting; “visiting Dionysus might be a safer move. He may have eyes and ears in hell that can provide more information then Sandalphon stumbling around and running into a battlefield.”
“I can’t argue that,” Jesus nodding; “that randy satyr always did like chasing tail. Be it angel or demon.”
“Male or Female,” another angel adding; “you just need to assign an angel that won’t be swayed with Dionysus’s charms.”

“I’ll go,” Michael Morningstar volunteering; “it will give me a chance to assess the situation from a safe distance.”
“Don’t drink the wine,” Enoch smirking; “Dionysus adds something to it that will make you hornier then a sex starved horse surrounded by pregnant mares.”
"And what will you do,” Jehovah looking at Enoch before getting an idea to keep the wolftaur close by; “perhaps you should find a quiet spot to reflect on these visions and jumbled memories you have been given.”
“If Uncle is going to Earth to visit Dionysus,” Enoch pondering; “then perhaps I should sit next to Tarfeil. In case Kusheil decides to bully Raphael into letting him interrogate the angel again.”
“I suppose that is reasonable,” Jehovah nodding; “you both have permission to depart.”
