"Toni," you replied without looking back, and dug through your closet. Although you were definitely smaller than Sumit, you did have some clothes that might fit him: oversized t-shirts from various sources that you kept for doing dirty work, and some stretchy sweatpants that, while short, should provide some coverage. As for underwear, that was definitely a no-go, but heck, it wasn't like you hadn't gotten an eyeful earlier anyway.
"Here," you said, tossing him the t-shirt but holding the sweatpants. "Stand up, I'll help you get them on."
"I c-can do that myself!" Sumit stammered, and you again had to force yourself to not grin at the sight of the large man so embarrassed it looked like steam would come out his ears.
"When you can't even walk straight?" You retorted with fake irritation. "Just face away from me if you're so modest."
You placed the pants on the ground scrunched up with the leg holes open and gave Sumit an impatient look. Hesitantly, Sumit maneuvered himself upright and stepped into the sweatpants -- facing away from you, of course, clutching the blanket to himself for dear life. Naturally, you bent over and pulled up the pants, your hands on either side of his body, pulling the waist more open to the front so as to accommodate his anatomy. You were tempted to tease him more, but you shook your head at yourself, harassing a man you just met, not to mention one that had the peculiar little quirk of transforming into a wolf. It really wasn't like you. Chastened, you let go of the waistband and heard it give a light snap against his tight stomach.
You prepared breakfast while a rattled Sumit slowly worked himself into your t-shirt and sat down at the table. Placing a plate of food before him, you sat across from him with your own meal. Obviously famished, Sumit dug in eagerly.
"So, Sumit, what are you doing way out here in the mountains?" you asked nonchalantly, but Sumit was so antsy he nearly choked on his food. He seemed to recall in what form you must have found him, and took a large gulp of water before replying.
"I...live here," he responded awkwardly, his golden eyes darting back and forth and avoiding yours. You nearly wanted to giggle at his discomfiture. He reminded you of that time you caught your dog rolling in the mud and it realized you were about to give it a bath.
"I guess that makes us neighbors," you state cheerily. "How come I've never seen you around before?"
"I don't...usually come this far," Sumit trailed off, but this time a slight frown grew between his brows. You quickly put two and two together, and deduced it must have something to do with his injuries. At the thought, your eyes dimmed as well.
"Well, now that you're here, you'll have to stay and visit for a while," you forced a toothy grin. "After all, I can't just let you run off in that condition, now can I?"
