After eating “Aiden the sandwich”, Mark started to regret it, he wanted more fun with Aiden and killing Aiden wasn’t really a good idea. Knowing that Aiden’s being might not be around much longer, Mark quickly came up with an idea, “Aiden! Respawn!”
Suddenly with a “pop” sound Aiden appeared in front of Mark, the boy’s eyes widen in fear, the look in Aiden’s eyes seemed to say, “what the fuck?”
Mark chuckles, “sorry… I guess I was to hungry to think,” he says, “at least we know, if something terrible like this should happen again, I am able to respawn you to the state you were in before the event occurred.”
Hearing this actually made Aiden feel a little relieved, he still couldn’t speak and move, but at least he wasn’t dead or in someone’s stomach. But judging by the look in Mark’s eyes, he knew that Mark already was thinking what to do next with him.
After a while though, Mark sighed, “I can’t seem to come up with anything to do with you at the moment,” he says, “so, I’d suggest to pick this up tomorrow, but before I go, there is something I need to do first.”
Aiden didn’t like the sound of that, he already planned, once he could move and speak again, to delete Mark’s input, but it seems that Mark wasn’t just a creepy psycho, Mark actually was worse: a SMART creepy psycho.
Mark smirks, noticing the look in Aiden’s eyes, “the program will transfer from your Laptop to my phone and tablet, then it will delete itself from your Laptop,” he says, “and finally you will forget everything about the Chronivac, also you will forget that I have this amazing power over you and you will forget what has happened.”
Aiden’s horror grows, Mark is taking away his only possibility to escape.
Mark grins, “now, after I left,” he says, “you will go into the bathroom and get yourself ready for bed. You will then head to bed and sleep unto the next morning, when you awaken you will not remember anything from the past day and just go about your normal routine.”
The moment Mark said all this, Aiden felt the commands take effect.
Smiling to himself, Mark gets up from his seat, he turns to look at Aiden’s Laptop and notices that the Chronivac has disappeared from the device. When Mark pulls out his phone his smile grows when he sees that he now had the Chronivac on his phone, assuming that the same happened with his tablet back home.
Mark grabs the book Aiden gave him and starts to head for the door to leave, “I shall see you tomorrow after work,” he says, “by then I should have come up with a fun idea what to do with you,” with that Mark leaves and Aiden finds himself able to move.
Aiden blinks a couple of times, “uh? What… what happened,” he asks himself, “I thought Mark wanted to come and pick up his book? Hm… oh well, I guess I better get myself ready for bed,” with that Aiden calls it a night.
