Animalia Ambassadoria: Pre-Spookyville Episode

added by makutamon990 A year ago O

"Hey, everyone, and welcome to our latest episode of Animalia Ambassadoria." said Miles, getting everything together. "Next weekend is the official start of Spookyville 2023, so here's our last episode before we do our special Spookyville coverage."

---

"First off, we'll be talking about something that's been going on ever since Animalia started: Professional Sports with Animalians." said Miles, bringing up several news articles from the past, focusing on getting Animalians into professional sports and the difficulties such a thing would entail. Most of the problems not only focused on making sure everything was fair (back when such a thing was more "humans vs. Animalians"), but it also showed the cost of manufacturing protective equipment for Animalians and their unique body shapes. For example, one computer model showed the differences between a football helmet for humans and a football helmet for bull Animalians, including the number of modifications for them to be able to play, including the shape of the face grills and taking into consideration a bull Animalian's horns.

Another thing that was being taken into consideration was the increased strength of Animalians, which could ultimately damage sports equipment, and not just footballs, basketballs, etc. So, while there weren't any official, big-time games and sports teams, there were plenty of pickup teams getting attention.

"Something we got going on in Lyre/Animalia is a costume competition." said Miles, after a commercial break, "However, ever since Animalia had its first costume competition, some people have accidentally signed up for the "wrong" competition, so to speak. So, to help differentiate between the two, the sign-up sheets are going to help indicate which contest is which, and where it's held at. Just so we're clear, the more adult/risqué one is going to be held at the Slaughterhouse, which is what Animalia's primary strip club becomes to match the Halloween theme. The more child/family friendly one is going to be at the Great Hall."

---

After another commercial break, Miles welcomed in Aiko, who was one of Miss Fabina's friends, and had become a muscular bombshell of a white fox Animalian (though her eyes were more normal colored, so she wasn't an albino). While Miles didn't pry too much into her background, since she was clearly another who had suffered due to organized crime, he did get one key question answered, which showed an unexpected motive.

"Why are you going to be in charge of 'adult entertainment' on Heiya Island, and soon Ryouiki Island?" he asked, politely.

"Because" answered Aiko, her Japanese accent, "No matter how many times Animalian geisha make it clear from the get-go, there are still people who want more than what a geisha can provide." At that, Miles nodded, knowing all too well what she was referring to. "So, I'm being sent there to help gain at least some control over that."

---

"Finally," said Miles, after the final commercial break, "to show how Animalia is not immune to events in the outside world, as some claim it to be," he then showed some social media posts from people who were either idiots or influencers who claimed things like 'Animalia is an oasis/island/etc. of peace in a desert/ocean/etc. of dire troubles.' "Here's Lyre/Animalia's newest planned expansion." He then did a walking tour of the planned "Russian District" while also discussing the need for it. While Miles made it clear from the get-go that the reason why the "Russian District" was forming was similar to the reason why Animalia's "Chinatown" district formed during the pandemic years, the usual paranoiacs and weirdoes on the internet were claiming that Russia was setting up a "communist base" to "take over the US".

---

"And that's all the time we have for today," said Miles as he brought the episode to a close, "See you all next time for our special coverage of Spookyville. Also, click the link in the description for my special coverage of the 1950s fallout shelter that the ROSE House found."
