The die bounces once upon the board and stopped, the number 6 face showing. Emily's piece begins to shift its position along the board, arriving at a spot six places from the start. On this spot is a number 1 embroidered into the face of the board, with another design of a hand holding fanned cards, the far right one highlighted.
**Play your card on the one who just rolled the die**
Emily raises her eyebrow upon seeing this message being displayed, and lays the right card in her hand, blue in color, in front of her.
The card is plain, save for its fancy labeling, "Attitude." The board's center display awakens and displays a set of lines in front against the air.

Bleak and dark you do appear,
Is it joy perhaps you fear?
Turn your outlook the other direction,
It would be wise to heed this suggestion.

"My outlook? What's that supposed to mean..?" Emily says upon reading the text.
Though she may have been sincere in her question, it was clearly apparent to anyone else that was present what her style and personality were like; the clothes alone were more than a giveaway. The other three that weren't preoccupied looked at Emily, unsure of what to say given the obvious answer to what she had asked.
At that moment, Emily gasps with a small jolt in her seat on the floor, small sparks of white dancing about her head, contrasted against the dark colors of her hair. The magic moves freely about her hair for a moment, before beginning to gravitate towards either of her temples. They draw closer together in tight formation, and revolve like miniature storms on the sides of her head. After a moment of this, the sparks paused briefly, and those who were watching knew this meant something was going to happen -- they were right. The sparks quickly shot into Emily's head, appearing as if they were absorbed, causing her to twitch a few times. Emily shut her eyes hard during this, and as quickly as this all had happened, it ended. Her eyes opened, and she looked around the room at everyone, a strange smiling expression on her face.
Meghan, knowing Emily best, looked on with concern as she could tell something wasn't right with her friend. "Emily, are you alright?" she asked.
Emily turned to Meghan with a wide smile, "Yep!"
The manner in which she replied struck Meghan as odd, this bright chipper attitude very unlike Emily. Emily looks around the room some more, a carefree look in her eyes. She beams another smile at Jaime, and giggles upon glancing at Nick, who is taken slightly aback and quickly looks himself over to see if something might be out of place. Emily stops at Ben and Ricki together, and upon seeing this turns back to the other three, "Oh my god!" she says quietly, blushing and trying to stifle more giggling. "Do you know what they're doing?"
Everyone nodded in unison, trying not to pay much attention to what was going on elsewhere in the room. From somewhere in the room, a muffled laugh could be heard. Upon turning, Meghan and Nick observe Jaime as the source, and they look at her inquiringly.
"I'm sorry, its just too funny seeing her act like that despite the clothes she's wearing." Jaime says. "They're so.. goth."
Nick gives a faint smirk, realizing how absurd Emily looked. She notices they were talking about her at this moment, and looks down at her attire. She waves the wings on her sleeves amusedly, "I think they're neat!" Emily says excitedly.
"So.. I believe that would make it my turn, then?" Jaime interjected as she looks towards the board.
"Yeah!" replies Emily, Nick agreeing with her. Meghan nods as well, now somewhat used to this change in her friend, a look of concern still lingering upon her face. Nick gazes around the room as Jaime reaches for the die on the board and says, "Looks like things are going to get a bit interesting, especially next go around."
Jaime grabs the die and prepares to take her turn...
