After bowling they went out for food and there Starlight would let out a girly squeal when she took her first sip of soda. To her it was one of the most delicious things she’d ever tasted and ordered another two drinks after she finished the first one.
“Careful Star, you wouldn’t want to get fat.” Spark teased.
“S-shut up Shpark.” Starlight said between drinks, her straw still in her mouth.
“Yea can it Spark, I say we let her gain a little weight, she’s all skin and bones. Who knows? Maybe Deek likes his girls chunky?” Amara said also between mouthfuls of food, pointing a fry at the green haired girl.
This made the redhead blush and blow bubbles into her drink nervously. Miranda, Deacon, Nat, and Rei came to the table after getting their food.

Back in the Fairy Kingdom, Queen Glitter was actually doing paperwork for once when the royal spymistress, Aloe’la, entered her chambers with a bow.
Aloe’la was a blue skinned fairy with black short cropped side part hair, she wore only a white hooded scarf.
“I see you have to do your own scrollwork without Starlight here, are you sure it is wise for her to be away your grace?” She asked.
“I do Aloe’la, I have plenty of other advisers. Plus it will be good for Starlight to go out and see the other realms, especially if it results in another union between our kind and a human. This will help strengthen our relationship with them.” The Queen replied.
“A-A union!? You cannot possibly be referring to Starlight and a…human?!” The blue fairy shouted in shock.
Aloe’la was never as fond of humans as others of her kind were, she herself was a victim of the poaching of their kind by humans before the hunters banned Fairy hunting. The top of her right wing was missing as a result of being captured by humans many years ago, but the wound was still fresh to her. The idea of trusting humans let alone becoming intimate with them made her nauseous, but she kept it in as the Queen was always quite adamant about bringing the two realms closer together.
“I know I shouldn’t get ahead of myself but the way Starlight talks about him reminds me of Spark when she first started working for the Morelands.” Queen Glitter Said handing one of Starlight’s letters to the spymistress. The blue fairy took the scroll and read through it in disbelief.
“I cannot believe this is from the same fairy who petitioned for uniforms for royal staff? The one who helped broker peace with the Unseelie? What has this human don’t to her?!” The black haired fairy asked in shock.
“I know. It’s possibly the side effects of her human form or something much more likely.” The Queen stated.
“What your grace?” Aloe’la asked.
“She’s in love!” The brown haired fairy announced causing the other fairy to restrain a groan.
“Queen Glitter, I highly doubt simple, misguided, affections would turn one of your most competent and intelligent advisers into some ditzy schoolgirl?” The Spymistress said.
“If you don’t believe me then go see her for yourself. Just don’t fall in love with a human on me!” Queen Glitter said with a wink.
“That will never happen, your grace. But I will investigate this matter and report back my findings.” Aloe’la said with a bow.
The blue fairy left the Queen’s chambers and conjured a magic portal to the human realm where she assumed her human form, a form she disliked using due to her feeling on humans.
Aloe’la was now a beautiful fair skinned woman with short black hair and blue eyes. She wore a black suit with a blue ribbon and sensible, low heel, dress shoes. She hated the human realm: it was polluted, crowded, noisy, and full of cruelty. Aloe’la used her magic to find Starlight’s location and made her way there. What she saw shocked her, Starlight was kissing that human!
“Of all the things Starlight!” The black haired woman cursed under her breath.
It looked like the “date” was wrapping up so she elected to follow this human and find out more about him and how he was able to bewitch one of the Queen’s advisors.
