You're going to a world where humans invented a way to reproduce using only blood and machines in the early 1900s, making sexual a redundant feature. Everyone is required to be sterilized at birth, but after that it's common to have parts your genitals removed later in life, in most of the world having more of your genitals removed is seen as part of growing up. The technology for doing so is much more advanced then our world's, but it's still rarely reversible.
For whatever reason you chose to go to this world, fully knowing you could easily wake up without your genitals, or with them soon to be removed. If you're having doubts now it's too late, the train has left the station, we'll just have to see how you wake up...
