“What the?” inquired Emily as she stepped a few steps closer to the now glowing poster which sat on her desk. Then before her eyes the poster began to rise and float in the air before suddenly opening up.
When it opened up it wasn’t the traditional poster size but seemed to take up the entire wall and then it took up everything Emily could see.
“WHAT THE FUCK!!!” yelled Emily at the top of her lungs as she crunched down and covered her face and eyes from the blinding flash.
It didn’t hurt pure say but for at least twenty or thirty seconds she was consumed by light unable to open them without actually getting hurt.
Then the light slowly began to fade, as it did she opened her eyes and lifted her head up. She still seamed herself, she was still wearing her tennis shoes, her black leggings and a heavy sweatshirt given that it was snowing outside. Her glasses where still on her face and her brown hair was still tied back in a bun like she did every time she was working/studying. Somehow she still even had the cup of hot cholate she had been holding in her hands.
However everything around her had changed.
No longer was she standing in her small apartment, now she was standing in a small patch of wild grass which had dozens and dozens of wildflowers everywhere. Giant Oak trees, soft maples and fresh pines stood all around her, she could hear water rushing nearby like a river or possibly a waterfall. The sun beat down on her giving its warm embrace to her.
Overall, it was a perfect late spring early summer day in the woods.
However given the fact that only seconds ago, she was standing in her apartment in a major city in winter it was unnerving like nothing else.
“What the fuck?” inquired Emily “HELLO ANYONE CAN HEAR ME!!!”
