Yuki briefly considered changing her own awareness, so she'd know any and all details this new life holds. But part of why she's enjoying her body so much, despite having it her whole life, is that she also remembers spending a lifetime as a guy who admired it. If she forgot both her past lives, she'd lose that admiration. Not to mention the sense of newness provided by her mouse ears, tail, and claws. So she decided to take a chance, and try to play along with this reality. At the least, nobody is expecting her to act differently.

The time came to finally explore the hotel and its facilities with her friends. Maya and Sasha walked along, while Yuki rode on Andrew's back. Her small size meant that Andrew's tiger body could carry her easily.
Maya and Sasha, admittedly, had almost no interest in transformation. Maya, being a fox woman, didn't really see the appeal in animal transformations. And Sasha already viewed her own body as perfection. Andrew likewise had little interest, until he met Josh and learned how fun it could be. And Yuki, before merging with Josh, had little interest in physical transformations. Rather, she had hoped to one day be able to overcome her shyness -- a wish made reality thanks to merging with Josh. She was also interested in becoming a mother, and so when she heard that people in the Age Wing could be unbirthed, she thought that might help another dream come true. However, that interest was removed when she merged with Josh, a fact that the new Yuki was well aware of. Currently, she had no desire to give it back to herself, though a small part of herself was still curious, at least from a transformative perspective.
So if only Andrew and Josh were interested in transformations, why did the others join them? Because, they were a team. Best friends, who enjoyed doing everything together. Previously, Andrew's friends were reluctant to join, but saw this as one of the last opportunities to be together before Andrew and Josh got together. But now that Josh was out of the equation, they were much more open to a good time. Although Yuki noted that Maya's excitement was more reserved.
Because they were ultimately all there for Yuki's enjoyment, Yuki was the first to pick out a wing to visit.
