The receptionist was confused as to why dozens of the bellhops have been gathered at the front desk. Usually they would have two to five on standby just in case they had a lot checking in at once. What is even old is it seems that they had signs in their hands that had the wings and room numbers on them. She got her answered when a large group of people came into the lobby.
She blink and took a moment to take in the makeup of this group. It was a grand total of sixty people and surprisingly fifty or less of them look no older than 18 years old while ten or more of them look like adults. Then it came to the receptionist, this was a high schools trip. School trips weren’t common but this seems to be the oldest group to check in during all her time as a receptionist. Soon what seems to be the leading teacher approach the check in desk.
“Jefferson High School.” The man said announcing the school they were from. The receptionist look up the information on the computer and blinked.
“My…my…you all got a lot of rooms for separate wings reserved.” The receptionist noted.
“Senior trip and the teachers with us want to try out different things along with the students.” Said the man. The receptionist smiled as she got out the key cards. Then together with the man they managed to hand them out to assigned groups. Finally the bellhops hold up the signs matching the keycards as they lead those people to their assigned rooms.
