“Ta-Da!” I said as the flash faded. I was back to 17 years old, so was Brad and we were on stage almost as if we never left. As we looked into the audience I noticed that there were a few changes, such as there were two extra freshmen that weren’t there before. A 15-year-old freshman African girl dressed up as a cheetah and 15-year-old Pakistani freshman boy dress up as one of the characters from the Eternals. Both seem to be related to Hank McAllister, who is here at his 18-year-old pride (guess he managed to ‘persuade’ Brad to invite him) however his costume has changed. Originally he was dressed up as a ram but now he was in a stereotypical Notre Dame football player uniform as his costume.
I spotted Jessica amongst the audience however her seating was opposite of where she originally sat and her costume change as well. Originally she was dressed in a copy of the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders outfit, but now for some reason, she was dressed as Rey from the Star Wars series. I guess her no longer being Brad’s girlfriend has caused this.
Then I spotted the new stepsisters Bessie and Ashley now sitting side-by-side. It was odd seeing them like that since they were total opposites. Sure, they were both curvy and top-heavy, but Ashley‘s bust was bigger and she is 2 inches taller than Bessie. Then, of course there was the facial features were so totally different the most stuck out was Bessie hazel eyes and Ashley’s green eyes, than there was the hair color. Bessie had full-blown black hair while Ashley in one hell of a scarlet redhead. Both for originally dressed differently, but now they were wearing nearly identical costumes.
Both wore cut off jeans, boots, and a cow print bikini tops. They also had some cow ear head bands and horns sticking out of their cowboy hats. On the back of their pants they had a short cow's tail. It was hard to tell if the cow horns were attached to the brim of the hat. Or if the ears were attached to some headband they wore. The only way to tell them apart besides their obvious looks is the cow colors they pick for those costumes. The cow print on Bessie’s bikini top was white with black spots while Ashley’s is black with white spots.
“Give it up for Brad, who needed the experience.” I said and Brad bowed the audience seen reluctant at first but then started clapping. Not because they enjoyed it but more of they were afraid of how I would respond. Brad looked at me before I motion for him to return to a seat which he did. I looked at the audience as Brad said back down in his seat before I start to speak.
“Now onto the next trick for this, I will need a volunteer.” I announce, however, the response from the audience was as to be expected. More than half seem reluctant to raise their hands while there were a few that seem curious and we’re slowly raising them.
“Don’t worry I don’t plan to pull the same trick I pulled last time.” I said, causing the ones that were reluctant to look at me curiously. “This time the tricks will be more one on one or one on two or a small group if we’re lucky. Point is it’s not gonna be this entire group again.” This seemed the calm, the nerves at the more reluctant, and soon more hands rose up before I held out my hand.
“Un-Ua for this track. I need two volunteers and they have to be siblings.” I clarified and soon a lot of hands drop, but there are a number of people who hands are up. As I looked over who raised their hands up, I was surprised to seeing Bessie and Ashley, but also Hank. I thought carefully as I decide who I was going to pick.
